Great neighbors. This park was recently purchased by a foreign LLC. The new management is struggling to properly manage this and other properties. Many issues that raise red flags for present and new tenants. It has become a corporate park with bad vibes. Their rush to get everyone signed to new leases has caused tenants to question the methods and techniques to usher more profits from tenants. Updates to park are moving like molasses. BEWARE.
The residents are wonderful. New management is inconsistent and they don't follow or enforce the park rules and regulations. They are advertising amenities like the pool and due to construction the pool has not been available and minimal work is being done. There are safety issues and possible violations of the LANDLORD TENANT ACT.
Bathrooms are terrible. Not conducive for campers, short-term stays. All of the RV spots are at the front close to the road, so there is a lot of noise. Will not stay here again.
Residents are nice. New management is terrible! Lost a lot of good people when cobblestone took over. Angel lies every time she opens her mouth. Rules don't apply to certain people! Ruined a great park!
Absolutely positively love living here snowbird heaven very active part between October and May some of the most beautiful people you'll ever meet in Canada Washington the Dakota's Minnesota Wisconsin Indiana Illinois Nebraska love our winter visitors although I'm a full-timer here love the pool shuffleboard conveniently located between the 202 freeway the 60 freeway shopping everywhere and nestled right below the superstition mountains
