Surf Thru Express Car Wash, Tucson AZ

I got stuck in the car wash.not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. I decided to go back around for a second wash since the car was splattered with soap all over. Even after the second time, soap streaks were still on my car. Not to mention, your cashier was maskless and had the sniffles and doesnt know how to social distance. Horrible. $18 for something an 8 year old could do.

One of the few car washes I've ever really liked. It must be the soap and clean water they use. Vacuums and air hoses are included and aplenty. Line moves fast if there is one. Now go wash that thing.

Very clean, all of the equipment worked great. The young ladies who you initially encounter are ver professional and friendly.however, the male that washes your car with the brush was very rude when asked a question.

The location at River Rd & Orange Grove needs some better adjust equipment. I have unlimited car washes, so my experiences are based on more than 4 yrs and hundreds of visits.
Anyway, the left side of my car never gets clean because the washing brushes need adjusting. The air drying blowers also need adjusting, but an upgrade would be the best option. My car never comes out even semi dry. The right side is always super wet, but the left side isn't any better really.
The location at Grant & Wilmot by Costco is super good, everything works well and my car always comes out looking great.

Will highly recommend. Friendly service, free vacuums that actually work unlike other places. Will come back again.

Asked for the number one/top of line wash. Received the #2. Went back through, got what we asked for.and there were STILL patches of the car that were not even vaguely clean. After the third run through the car is STILL visibly dirty. My wife and I left, spent more money on cleaning supplies, and did it ourselves.

Used to love this place, truly, but the level of effort by the young folks on the scrub brushes was utterly sad. Not going back

Website hours say 7 am - 9 pm. I'm sitting in a parking area right next door waiting & still not open. 8: 10 am!

Shout out to the brother who gives me the thumbs up every time I wash my car. Waits till I return it back. Makes me smile every time

I am not sure what their idea of tireshine is but I spent $10 on a car wash that I could have gone to a quicker express and used my own tire shine. But I'm new to Tucson still learning my way around but I won't need this location anymore

I love Surf Thru! The staff is better, the eq is better, the whole facility is better. Really great for those of us that drive full size four wheel drive trucks! Way better than the other guys!

It feels like they're missing half of their machines. There's a large gap between the washing brushes and the blow dryer. It would have been fine if it cleaned my car fully but it left a few areas uncleaned and untouched. The Surf Thru next to Costco on Kolb is better.

Did a reasonable job. As usual the prewash people were laxidasical. Had diesel fuel spray on the truck and about 95 percent came off.

Good facilities, cleans well and my kids like the purple and tie die soap. It's worth it to get a pass.

Excellent service and I think its the best carwash in town.won't damage you vehicle and your car will last clean!

Very good customer service. All washes clean the car very well. Membership price is very reasonable. Air hoses are strong.

For the first time i came to the car wash and they want me to sign A waiver at that time I already gave her the money. But when I refused to sign. She throw the money on my face and she told me to go. Her name was Sara the skinny girl. That was unprofessional and rude customers service. I will never gonna come back again.

I paid for the $10 car wash last night. The automated rotating brushes actively avoided touching my car. The bugs were still on my windshield at the end of the wash. It was a useless waste of time and money. Lame.
