Great service! Great wash! And suckers for the kids!
This car wash did a fantastic job getting all the dirt off my vehicle and made my family feel very welcome. We originally went for a basic wash that would get the job done, but Kaylie (a girl in the front) convinced us to get a membership and we are very happy with our decision!

Half a wash. Wasn’t impressed, kid soaping up the car only did one side. Absolute attitude when I addressed. Glad there will be completion when the mister car was opens soon on Houghton.

17 bucks and the roof, hood, windshield and rear window are still dirty. Why is it so hard to get decent automatic car wash in this town?

Had a horrible experience here. Don’t go here if you plan on getting screwed over. An employee Chris, admitted to being at fault for this incident. Chris“relayed” his fault to his manager after stating he apologized for his mistake. Noah made this situation so much worse. He contradicted his employee actions and dismissed statement that he is not responsible for what his employees say. As a manger, this is how not to be or manage a company, putting this company at risk for further legal action. As I questioned him on why what his employee said or did is no longer his responsibility, he proceeded to ask if we wanted to go through with the claim because of my questioning on his faults. As a manger he has made this company lose so much business. 0/10 would never wash my car here again. His employee admitted his fault and on the first sign driving up it states they as responsible for damages made by employees. And now this claim must go under review so see IF, they are at fault. So unprofessional

Car wash was fine. Tried 6 different vacuums suction on all was poor at best. So I was unable to vacuum my vehicle. I used the pressure blower to get some dirt out of my carpets, I witnessed other customers doing the same. This is the second time I have been to this location and have experienced the same issue. At $25+ for a car wash I won’t return. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

$18, still had bugs on windows and didn't get mud off the trim. I just wish we would have gone thru a second time.

After going through Surf Thru carwash the right side and back of my vehicle was covered with black grease. When I got home and noticed the grease I drove back to the car wash and showed the attendant, she politely ran my vehicle back through the car wash. It did not remove all the grease on the second wash so I walked in and asked for the manager. The manager came out and looked at my vehicle and told me the grease was on my vehicle when I went through the car wash at 5: 45pm according to his video. The 5: 45pm wash was the second time I went through the wash to remove the grease from the first wash, of course the grease was on the vehicle then! I asked him if he looked at the video at 5: 22pm when I first went through the wash and he just looked at me with no answer! He then proceeded to wipe the grease of my vehicle with goo-gone and said it was there when I came through the wash. I will never use this car wash again!

Stopped by to get a wash about a week ago and was very happy with my visit. Kaylie was very helpful! Her professionalism and kindness made me feel very welcome! I will definitely be back!

Just a little disappointed. I pay the highest price to have my truck wash, I had to sign a waiver for the case on my roof rack which is fine but the machine didn't wash the top of my truck and I went in there twice. I even had the manager talk to his staff at the entrance. I don't want to go and ask if they could just scrub the top of my truck. I feel like a pain in the butt for asking.

The car wash slit my tire when I went through. I have waited for over a month for reimbursement and still have not received anything. They have emailed me and admitted the car wash was at fault for the damage and said they would reimburse me. They took my information, and have now ghosted me and will not return my emails.

I love the annual membership. I can use the car wash as many times as I want with no waiting in line to pay.

Had a weird experience here and one part in particular really turned me off.

I have a roof tent (fully fiberglass enclosed) that is well below the height requirement, doesn't petrude in any obstructing manner, nothing that could get caught on something. I've been through many times with that roof setup on, no problems, no problem from the staff. Always pay at least a 5 pack of washes, so a regular customer.

One visit, get all the way right up to the rollers and the 'manager' stops me and definitively tells me I'm not allowed to go through. Only explanation is he doesn't take the 'business risk'; no actual, policy totally subjective. Explain I've been through this wash many times, it's fine, whatever risk he thinks there is I assume the risk. Makes all the other cars back up and puts on a big show of everyone moving and making me back up.

This is the part that gets me though: he tells me that whoever let me through before when he finds out or if anyone lets me through, he'll "FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY". Like dude, you're the manager. Take some responsibility, if you don't want a certain vehicle through you need an objective standard that is conspicuously displayed IE no roof racks or tents over x size and you need to train your staff to hold that consistent standard. It's not your staffs problem you're making subjective on the fly calls. And why would you tell me that as a response?

Finally, after wasting my time and taking my money, gives me a 'rewash coupon'. You cause a stink that is due to something that is your responsibility to manage, you should be giving a refund or better than paid for to compensate for the time and mistake on your part.

Used to be the best car wash. I canceled my misters membership and switched over to surf thru, but it's not so great anymore. The vacuums are a hit and a miss, 9/10 times there's no suction what so ever. Trash is always pretty full, and you have to go through the carwash a couple times to actually get your car clean.

This is the absolute best place to wash in Vail or Tucson, honestly! Noah, the Manager is so cool and friendly and treats every customer really well. It shows in the crew members working the line as well. They always go above and beyond on the fenders and bugs. The place is always clean and quiet and the staff is wonderful. Kudos yo Noah and his team

Car wash was ok, left a huge amount of the tire shine on my tires and it sprayed on the car itself.didn't get simple things like dirt off my car, which wasn't that dirty to begin with

We purchased the pass for unlimited washes and have been thrilled with how easy it is. Our Vehicle always looks great! Love the service!

This is a pretty good car wash which I have a monthly wash plan with. Easy access and exiting and they have about 15 or so vacuum areas as well.
