Had a bit of a wait prior to my husband being called to the back but let me tell you that the bedside manner and pleasant staff made up for it. Such a great experience. Medical staff with human-centric practices. Thank you to the medical team for such a positive experience!

They call you ahead of time to ensure you are prepared for payment the day of your procedure. Front staff was attentive and nice. The nurses and anesthesiologist were amazing! They answered all my questions prior to the procedure and put me at ease. My procedure went smoothly. I would definitely recommend!

Surgical Elite, please get new lobby chairs! They are all sooo old and sunken in, they have no padding and are in terrible condition. This is unacceptable for waiting patients and guests!

Was very busy the morning I went in. Had to have a colonoscopy done and was not able to eat or drink anything. Before The procedure. They had coffee machine which was great and all but not helpful for me because I couldn’t have anything to eat or drink before my procedure just made me mad and hangry lol. They are a busy facility I can tell you this much. The process and procedure went very fast from what I can remember before and after. All I remember was anxiety and the waiting before procedure got started. And only complaint other then a busy morning and waiting was the way the IV was placed in my hand. That hurt like hell for 2 days The whole visit I felt rushed and had anxiety. Just felt like a # number or next person in line. Please make it to where only 1 person can be at the facility with patient I will never go here again. Multiple family members in waiting room. Children running around being loud people have no respect anymore. I should have left but I went ahead with my procedure because I sure in the hell did not purge my whole digestive track n basically starve myself to get a simple procedure done. Which I am waiting for results from the polyps they found n removed to be biopsied I should of went to hospital like my hubby did For his procedure.good luck with any procedure at this place. And save yourself some time go in at last moment if possible because you will still have to wait 30 minutes or more regardless if you have a set appointment time for procedure. It was overpacked and loud and not a good place to have quiet time or even be relaxed before any type of procedure. / surgery
Because of the anesthesia and how much anxiety I had after I woke up I was crying and shaking etc and don’t know why! They said it was the anesthesia but I have had other surgeries procedures done and never felt this way afterwards! So I don’t believe that. I was not calm and relaxed before the surgery. So when I woke up I was not feeling good at all. But having ptsd and anxiety plus ADHD truly doesn’t help in situations like this. Just be cautious do your research visit check out facility if you can before you go. See if it is a good fit for you regardless of what surgery you are having done You will be treated like a checkout line next next next $$$$. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was very kind and informative. I felt taken care of and at ease with my procedure.

Had an appointment here and was very impressed with lobby staff, nurses and doctors. Procedure was flawless and staff made everything go smoothly. Highly recommend this location for surgery outpatient procedures.

They won't tell you how much it's going to cost until afterwards, then they got you!

Love the doctor and the nursing staff. But the billing and collection of fee up front before they even bill out your insurance. As I tried to tell them i probably won't owe you anything. Claim processed my responsibility is 0.00. Now I have to wait on my refund 2 to 3 weeks. They will have my money over 2 months before I can even get my refund. Top it off they were trying to collect on their billing charges not the insurance allowable amount.

I was skeptical about having my procedures at a surgical center, however Surgical Elite of Avondale has proven to me that my worries were unwarranted. I have had 3 procedures done at Surgical Elite and received the absolute best of care! The staff and medical professionals are courteous, kind, attentive, and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Surgical Elite of Avondale to anyone looking for excellent and compassionate care!

My daughter just had ear tubes placed here. From the front desk to recovery we were treated well. They had her back for the procedure before we were even scheduled.

I just had an endoscopy there the other day and the service I received was next level. I called prior saying I was anxious I was running late and I was told to not even worry, they would take care of me regardless, my health and safety they cared more about. They even had paperwork asking what my child needed that they could provide while she was waiting for me with her grandpa. I am truly grateful for the impeccable experience I had there. From start to finish, the drs and nurses, it was NEXT LEVEL. Every business could learn a thing or two from this place.

I had surgery here 3 days ago. From start at the front desk to finish after surgery they showed me the best service! I was nervous going in for surgery but they made it so smooth and walked me through everything and just the way they talk to you is really comforting
