Great staff, great dentist. Almost no wait to get in for my appointment, everyone was professional and my cleaning was exceedingly thorough. Highly recommend!

We have been having a hard time finding a dental office that we can stick with over the past 10-years or so and have ended up changing them every year or so trying to find a great office that we could stick with. Luckily, we found Surprise Dental Care and Dr. Jenny Wang. My wife had some messed up dental work from previous offices and needed it fixed. I had a several small cracks in an upper molar and wanted to get it fixed quickly. My previous dentist wasn't worried and ignored it, but I know what can happen if you let these things go too long and I didn't want to lose the tooth or have it crake fully when I was out of town.

A search of online reviews located Surprise Dental Care and we saw that they had an amazing 4.9 rating with tons of great reviews. The one really bad review I saw was easily explained by the professional response to it.

One call to the office and we had appointments for a couple of days later. They even went the extra mile when I was having a hard time letting my previous dental office to send over my x-ray records and called themselves to get these, saving me a few bucks that I would have had to pay out of pocket for.

After getting a crown for my molar and a tooth cleaning, and my wife had an ineffective bridge replaced with a cleaning, we are extremely happy to have found them. All completed within 10-days of the first visit.

Their staff are all very professional and friendly and all seem to get along well together. Dr. Wang is very proficient in her job and takes extra time with her patients as needed.

I have never given a referral or a review for a dentist before but felt compelled given the great level of care that we were given. All pricing is above board and in writing. There were no surprise charges at the end. You cannot go wrong choosing Surprise Dental care.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Wang and her staff! I have extreme anxiety and had to go in for an extraction. Everyone there, especially her dental assistant Marin was amazing! They were so patient and understanding, explaining everything that was happening. Dr Wang wasn't kidding when she said she'd have my molar out in 5 minutes! Thank you so much to all of you! I will definitely be recommending you all!

Having read all the great reviews on this site I have to say that there is no hyperbole there. Dr. Wang and her staff are exactly who these reviews say they are. My wife and I having relocated recently to AZ from another state are well pleased with our new dental care provider. We just experienced our initial visits and upon first impression we found them all in general to be professional, and in fact even joyfully engaging. We are grateful for good people and establishments with integrity.

Dr. Wang Is a professional dentist with a very supportive and equally professional dental assistants. Her hands is soft and is in full control when she drill my molar for a root canal procedure. She has expert assistants that make the entire procedure unimaginably gentle. I recommend her practice to anyone in need of a caring and professional dentist!

I have nothing but the highest compliments to Dr. Wang and her staff. From the up front cordial ladies, to the hygienist and the doctors I am always treated to a wonderful dental experience. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs dental care.

The dentist was nice enough. HOWEVER the office staff like to lie. I was told the practice accepts my insurance. I get there for the appointment and while they take my insurance they won’t use it- because they need payment same day. Why even bother saying you accept my insurances if you refuse to utilize it? If you want to use your plan benefit stay away from this place.

My husband, son, and I have been going to Dr. Wang for years. Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Wang is down to earth and listens well. The office is homey. We recommend Dr. Wang and her staff.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast. The staff was friendly; the office was clean, and no long wait time. Dr. Wang was caring, knowledgeable, and attentive.

I’ve seen the same Dentist for many years but recently had to make a change after my Dentist left the practice. I’ve been to Dr Wang twice (for a cleaning and filling) and have thoroughly been impressed. The office is nice and the people are even nicer. I was blown away today after receiving a “thank you” letter and Starbucks gift card just as a welcome. How cool is that? It was a small gesture but extremely thoughtful and made my day!

My experience was wonderful there. All the staff was very friendly, nice, and the main piece of the cake the dentist listen to your needs and that's why am gonna keep continuing going to this dentist offc, because of the good and pleasant atmosphere there
