My Father just passed away earlier today at the Surprise Hospice of the Valley. I feel compelled to write tonight to thanks each and every caregiver who took care of my Dad. The quality of care along with the compassion and dignity with which he was shown was a true blessing to our family. Without exception, every person we had contact with at Hospice of the Valley was the epitome of kindness and professionalism. We trusted our most precious asset, our Father, to the care of these fine people and they more than met the challenge.

U guys curently care for my dad who is under your care for his last days.sooo far from reports from my sisters Iam pleased with the care my dad is getting.

Hello I am Quinndellia Hotchkins Berry. My spouse Samuel Charles Berry was a patient from 10/2 2020-10/14/2020 when he passed. We couldn't have been blessed with a more compassionate and loving facility when you're in your last days and also helpless and wanting a Peace of mind. RN Michelle first welcomed us with open arms after a long bad experience with Thunderbird Palliative Hospice of the Valley. She has one of the most genuine caring personalities.

Dr Shaun Aubrey per my spouse made my spouse feel so comfortable with the dying process after taking his time to explain it. I Must thank Vanessa Colleen Maria the chaplain and the gorgeous African-American with the natural grey hair and Javier RN Maria son. I must say the whole staff help make that journey smooth. I recommend Surprise Hospice of the Valley if you love to love and want on the way out

My mom was here in January for 2 weeks. I loved all the nurses and doctors who were there to help, especially Valerie. She took her time & explained everything she was doing to my mom and the family.

This place made a terrible moment for our family better. They were loving, accessible, and so kind. If you need this service do come here.

My brother is here, receiving excellent, compassionate care from the amazing staff. The nurseskeep my sister-in-law up to date with his care guidelines and help her to adjust, as much as possible, in this trying time.

My friend received amazing care. The last days of his journey were some of the most comfortable and peaceful in a long time. The staff were so caring and comforting, and the facility is amazing. Truly blessed to have found HOV.
