Surprise Orthodontics

This office is extremely greedy and it’s so hard to say this because I was so happy with the services originally. However, when I signed up for my Invisalign I signed up to pay about $1400. Well I payed that off about a year ago. Well I just got a bill in the mail for another $800. That was not part of the agreement when I signed up! If that was the case I would have went somewhere else! They will nickel dime you and send you bills in the mail even after paying off your original agreement! I can’t recommend this place at all!

Fantastic and attentive office. Loved that I didn’t get pressured. The combination of the office being personable and having great online tools to make the process easier is top notch.

Worst orthodontist office every-went to them based off there good reviews and customer service is horrible and the little assistants seem to do all the work instead of seeing an actual Doctor.

I had a very pleasant experience for each visit. I thought I would single out a couple of people who were extra nice, helpful and friendly but I couldn’t. Everyone there have been great. I wish all my dealings with the outside world were as pleasant!

Amazing Experience ; I was scared of dentists since I was young and they put all my nerves at ease. I got Invisalign through them and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. Looking forward to going in for my checkups soon too.

Dr. Kamal and staff were amazing. Becky walked me through the orthodontic process and gave me plenty of information and options for treatment. She allowed me to address my concerns with my smile and made me feel comfortable and confident in moving forward with treatment. Very friendly office/environment.

For someone who doesn't like braces, I had a fairly good experience with Invisalign at this place. Other places said they couldn't fix my teeth with Invisalign but this doctor could.

My son had metal braces before at another place and he did not like the experience. He did Invisalign with Surprise Orthodontics and had better experience. The bonus was working with Heather each visit. She understands her patients and make enough time for them. We will miss her!
