Awesome experience, Would definitely recommend this establishment to all my friends and family. Thanks you to the property manager that helped me and my wife, the young man was very polite and very professional and answered all of our questions and got us the space we needed.

Very impressed with levels of security and monitoring. Spoke with Tammy on the phone a few times and she was very helpful and offered great information. Met with Chris to sign and get access. Chris was very helpful, explained everything very well and offered great customer service. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

Chris & Tammy are great to work with, both professional and kind. The facility is very clean, rates/service helps are competitive. I’d highly recommend this place for storage needs.

I had my reservation scheduled to start on Sunday. Yes I know Sunday the office is closed however I went to speak with them on Saturday to get everything set up as I had already hired people to help me get my things in storage. I show up Sunday morning and the facility manager did not remove their lock and therefore I had to take the stuff I had pack back to my house. Complete waste of time and money. I will never go back to this place

I had a fantastic experience with Surprise Self Storage (StorAmerica), there are several reasons for this.
-The first month/intro rate is incredible, $29.99 to get me started
-The monthly rate is nearly $100 less than what I was paying at Uhaul
-THE SERVICE was great, first dealing with Tammy on the phone then Chris the property manager in person. Chris was so very helpful and flexible.
-THE COMPLIMENTARY USAGE OF THE TRUCK, this was a BIG ONE for me. You can see they are intent on growing and satisfying their customers, always a company I want to work with when this is the attitude.
-The facility is new and in great shape. The access is simple and easy,
I've had more storage units in my young life than I would have liked so I have experience with a handful of facilities and companies, this facility has great access options.

I can say up to this point, this has already been the best storage experience I have had.

They had wonderful service, best price around. Its a very clean facility. The employees were so informative and very kind. Tammy was such an amazing person she helped me so much and helped me as much as possible.

Tammy was very thorough. She walked me through the entire process, from inspection of the unit to the leasing agreement. Locks were available for purchase as well as other needed items. A very quick and easy process. I would highly recommend to others. Thank you.

Chris was very courteous and showed us around the place before renting out unit. We would recommend.

On-site manager very friendly and helpful. Month to month lease, affordable units compared to other facilities. Free moving truck when you sign a lease, saves $ on Uhaul.

A large, clean, & air conditioned facility. The storage units are new and doors are easy to maneuver. Great staff who provided awesome customer service. Very reasonably priced.

Such a shame in today's world customer service should be a first. As well as have a better business model then the competition. I'm a busines owner and have a perfect reputation. Just got off the phone with the representative who answer the phones. Attitude, answers, and tone all seemed negative. Even though you have an entry level position you are at the front lines to continue to make the business thrive. I am a firm believer that reputation should follow you. I'd be willing to take another action take down my review to not hurt the owner but something should be done about the customer service and how that individual reflects the entire organization.

Excellent customer service! Leasing process quick and easy. The company recognizes heavy competition in the area and makes it easy to pick them. Clean and professional environment.

These Guys are Awesome! Had to move our entire house into storage at last minute. They were very accommodating and had us in and out of there with very little paper work! Also great Deals! If you are looking for storage call these guys!

Doug was awesome to deal with. However when I first called in about renting a space and the accompanying free truck rental, another employee, failed to mention all I needed to provide to rent the truck. I was supposed to have the option of using their driver. No one offered to take care of the situation. I am on someone else's car insurance. I have no card of my own, which is required. I got there and had to scramble to get my stuff moved because I was told I couldn't use theirs.
