I first heard of Surveillance Security through a good friend who highly recommended this as a great place to work.
I got an interview through Natalie (one the recruiters) for this past Thursday.
After arriving at Surveillance, I noticed how neat this company is.
A gentleman by the name of Steve met me right after I walked in the door and introduced himself. Very professional and well mannered.
After finishing the application, Natalie called Steve (other recruiter) up for my interview.
Steve is a top tier recruiter. He couldn’t have made me more comfortable as he was asking me questions.
In all my years of going through interviews, I have never seen any company such as Surveillance Security have such awesome people working for them. These people make you so at ease.
What a great place for anyone to work.

I have worked for SSI for about 4 months now. I typically wait about 6 months to review a workplace, but I have a good idea of the company and associated people. Firstly, HR knows most of the guards by name (an impressive feat given the number) and not by their number. I was taken out to meet some of our guards, and watched as the HR manager listened to input, concerns, and various addressing comments. They were each addressed accordingly either then and there, or shortly upon returning.

The management of the company is honestly one of the best group of people I have had the pleasure of working with. The office culture is great. The owner Brendan asks for employee input, and tries to make sure we feel we are appreciated. I can certainly see this place being a very long term fixture in my professional life, and I truly could not ask for a better group of people to work with.

I have to say, I absolutely adore my job at City Hall. It's been a little over a month since I started working here, and I couldn't be happier. The camaraderie among my colleagues is incredible - we not only work well together, but we also genuinely enjoy each other's company. One of the things I love most about my job is the opportunity to interact with new people on a daily basis. It's always a delight to engage in lighthearted banter and connect with individuals from all walks of life.

I miss working at this place. Very friendly, fun, honest and overall great work environment. I had a blast working with Debbie and the HR staff. She's been great to work with. I miss everyone there!

I’ve been working with surveillance security for almost 2 years. There is a good communication between the supervisors that are out helping out the officers and good communication between the front office. No complaints. Would recommend.

This is a great company to work for. Staff is very responsive and officers are very skilled. I signed up for a course to get my Armed Security License with Surveillance Security Inc. It was taught by John Qualls. The training was excellent, professional and fun. It was the best money I ever spent. The knowledge and experience that John has is invaluable. He is a great instructor and has the knack of bringing out your full potential. If you are looking to get a security license or want to improve your shooting ability John is the man at Surveillance Security Inc! I have worked for this company two and a half years. This is a very professional organization. It is well managed and supervised. They value their Officers.

I been with this company for two and in a half years it's honestly and great company to work for. John and Debbie are great people, they always have your back and will be there for you in tough times, all they ask is for you to have integrity and good work ethics. I also got my armed card through John as well his classes are very informative. The clients he has are awesome. And I've always enjoyed going to work. Now with every company you work for there will always be other employees you will get along with or are not very competent.

This is a very professional security company. They provide unarmed and armed personnel for a variety of solutions for public and private organizations.

I want to thank Leo Terry for helping while at the Veterans Office on Westwind Drive. He went out of his way to support a veteran who was unable to stand for long periods of time. He was very concerned about the health and wellbeing of the veteran. It is very rewarding to know there are people who care about others.

Absolute joke of a company. Their “security” guards are no more than Paul Blart mall cops, complete with the attitude and low IQ. You’d think that if the City of Phoenix actually cared about the parks they assigned security too.they would actually hire a firm that CAN DO THEIR JOB. Unprofessional, and egotistical employees.
