Well they got a crazy lady there that built a shed into a house, no permits to say it is a house. She was telling me her problems to the point I had to block her number. I was going to buy something she was selling for another person. I give her my number and she wouldn't stop telling her problems. I go outside and there she would be, She works weird jobs so no set time to hide from her. My wife blocked it. They can't have someone living in that. CCSO will be addressing that. Crazy lady wanted to get between me and my wife. Alexi I think her name was. We won't stay there again. Owner may be in with her he diffended her and his wife got quiet. To much strange for us. We were there for the winter. We're retired from WA legal network. This place has too many broken laws.

Lovely, SHADEY, and quiet. Cheapest rates in the county at $245 a month + electric! They have their own little grocery store and home improvement store, and the owners are just a lovely couple. 13 miles north of Tombstone, 6 miles south of Benson and 45 from Tucson

They have a great little store there where you can buy all kinds of building materials or tools tool boxes at like 40% of retail

Extremely poor. The owner doesn't keep things up to regulation. He is extremely disrespectful to the residents. He appears nice; however, looks can be very deceiving. His wife makes up for his rudeness. She is a very good and LOVING person!
