Sweetz Cold Brew Coffee Co. reviews
17Great coffee, great service and a nice atmosphere. I have been enjoying this coffee for many years. Definitely go give it a try if you haven't yet.
Have been wanting to try this place for about a year, and went in this morning, it has really cool merchandise from other local vendors. However, customer service was awful! I ordered a white chocolate mocha, that is my drink of choice at every coffee shop, so I know what goes into making a mocha, the gal/ barista started asking me all kinds of weird questions as to what I wanted in my mocha and I just asked her to make me a white chocolate mocha and she said” let me educate you” no what she was going to do was upsale me on every ingredient, so now my $6 mocha is now $10 and it was not that great! I Rea wanted to like this place because I love supporting small business in my town! I will stick to Top Fuel down the street!
I had an iced latte. Tasted like the beans were burnt and the drink was watered down. I’d recommend somewhere else for a latte
Great customer service and a cozy little setup. My husband and I ordered a coffee cannot remember the name of the coffee but it was perfect. I believe they have tea on the menu as well. I would definitely come back.
Cute place to grab a coffee/ drink. The barista recommended the matcha latte with strawberry, and it's delicious!
We stopped here to get coffee on the way to the Riparian Preserve. I ordered their smallest cappuccino (16 oz) which was listed on the menu for $5.90 which is already expensive for a small cappuccino. But when it rang up it was $6.90 on the register. When asked, the barista explained that it’s an extra dollar for a hot cappuccino which makes no sense. Since I paid $7 for it I was hoping for an amazing cappuccino and it was only ok. My husband got a small cold brew which was also overpriced. Neither of us are picky coffee drinkers but the cold brew was awful with a taste somewhere between copper pennies and burnt plastic. Neither of us finished our drinks. Overall, overpriced for bad coffee.
The shop is SO cute. The menu options are overwhelming. They have both flat and nitro cold brew options, and add plenty of sweetness to offset them. The place is dripping with eccentric style and has plenty of comfortable seating.
Really cozy spot, good coffee, friendly staff and the chair in the back right has amazing light
I absolutely loved this place! Spent a few hours working. I got a dirty blonde with oat milk, sugar free, and it was so delicious! I really loved the atmosphere and the staff were so friendly! Will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area again!
Id rate this place in the middle. Cute place for coffee or tea. Extra things all over inside you can buy. Lots of comfy places to sit. Did have flies all over. Very friendly service. A bit expensive though. Paid $10 for a medium iced coffee that could taste better and be cheaper elsewhere.
Amazing vibe! We just sat and hung out for about an hour after our drinks were finished. The decor is unique and fun, the drinks are delicious, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We love everything about this place! I was going to order a hot drink and decided to get something blended and I'm so glad I did! I usually don't like blended coffee at all but it was delicious!
Got a 16oz strawberry protein shake.and it was $10 and wasn't fresh strawberries. They should lower their prices. Not good. Super sugary
If you want a cold brew coffee this is the place for you. But if you want a hot coffee go elsewhere. They do not have it readily available. And you are last to be served. I waited 10 minutes for my hot selection while watching all those behind me in line that chose cold be served.
Great place, coffee is tasty and Paityn is best barista (she definitely didn’t ask me to write this review) anyways
The staff is always very kind and the service is always super quick and convenient! Plus they have the good ice, lol:)
Very helpful and friendly barista! The nitro cold brew is smooth, with large selection of different flavors. Definitely a cute and unique place to enjoy coffee, tea and alcohol!
This is solely based on their whole bean coffee - I haven’t ordered any of their drinks, which I’m sure are good.
I grabbed a bag of their “Eye Opener” blend, and was underwhelmed. Wasn’t particularly smooth or flavorful. I suspect it has been sitting on the shelf for quite a while, and wasn’t very fresh. I was admittedly suspicious from the outset when none of the bags had a “roast date” and there was no mention as to what kind of actual beans were used for the various blends.
I bought whole bean coffee, ground beans just before brewing, and played with grind settings, but couldn’t get it to a place where I’d be happier with it.
There are some really great roasters popping up locally, which is fantastic… hopefully this place becomes one of them eventually.
