I called to get info on Sylvan and see if it was for us. After speaking to receptionist, I realized she (the receptionist) sounded like she also needed tutoring. She asked me the same question 3 times on 3 separate occasions and I felt like she was overly sympathetic, continually saying I'm sorry for you and your child to the point that it felt disingenuous. I'm looking for a tutor, and I'm sure they have some good ones there, but after speaking to the receptionist, I don't trust whatever process they are selling.
