Cody and Darrin were so great and they were able to help me upgrade my phone. Everything went so smooth and they were both a really great help. I would definitely recommend the T Mobile in flagstaff!

It seems the person who work there doesn’t care about customer service. I have to do myself a research about business plan. He goes on talk about consumer plans.
Manager needs to train their employees how to be a salesman. It seems they don’t care about their job.
Jade waited on us to return an item and she was so rude, no help at all, since I don't live in flagstaff I had no idea where to go. She had no customer service.
Then I went to flagstaff mall the people here were so helpful, Mathew and Samantha were the most helpful at the flagstaff mall.
Brittany the mobile expert at this store was super amazing, just traveled from abroad and needed to get a new Sim for my wife and I, since it was international phones she had to do quite a bit to make it work and finally had to go to the extent of updating the phone to make it work! Amazing service, she is an asset to T Mobile!
Had to drive 70 plus miles to our nearest t mobile store. Still dont have a phone thats working properly and no onternet either. We are invaled. Even though our neighbors have internet.
Ryan was super helpful, and great multi tasker. Very great customer service, we enjoyed their business.
Terrible service can't make calls and never have internet connection. Phone bill costs more than my car payment on a brand new car complete rip off.
Jose was amazing! We really appreciate all of his help switching over from sprint, getting new phones, setting us up on auto pay, transferring everything over to our new phones and even out on the new screen protectors and cases. He really helped us get the best deals. Thank you!

Went in today to have someone help me with putting on a new screensaver. Jada went above and beyond to insure that it was done properly and professionally. And she did it all for free.

A went into this store needing help switching phones. Adam who is the store manager helped me out, and he was AWESOME! He was very professional and was able to help me out very quickly. He was also the only employee in the store and 5 other customers walked in at the time that I did, and his customer service was impressive.
I can not say enough about this person. I have been there one other time and he was great to work with then, but this time I was so impressed with him that I though I needed to let others know. He is the person you want to work with if you have phone problems as a sprint or tmobile customer! Tmobile is lucky to have such a smart and dedicated manager!
I was supposed to have service on my phone right away. I still don't have service on my phone or 2 other phones I have tried.
It has been 5 days since I signed up with T Mobile.
Absolutely rude will not return to this store at all Matthew was the worst and just complained about having to help me the entire time. He did not try to help me or try to figure out my needs then decided to help the gentleman behind me before even checking me in. I went in to buy a new phone for my existing 3rd line and they have forever lost my business. Complaining about how t-mobile does things because "they were a sprint store" isn't helpful and dont work in customer service if you dont know how or don't want to be helpful.
Went into your store and got great treatment from everyone who worked there. We were helped by Ryan the both times we came in. He gave us all the info possible making sure we got the best deal and the plan and phones we needed. Thank you. Good to know customer service still exist.

I cannot believe the audacity of the men who work here. When someone wants to return something and have all receipts just let them. To mess with an entire family of people is wrong. To act like you don’t know what happened is wrong. You don’t benefit from bullying people.
