14I would put zero Stars this place did not help us instead of calling customer care to help us they wanted us to buy another phone when all we wanted to do is get an exchange by warranty my wife got aggravated and walked out and then they didn't even turn our Sim back on and the girl was rude I don't get these kids nowadays but they need to get their attitudes in check

Store manager Chris is absolutely terrible at his job.
My fold 4 has a manufacturers defect. Asurion has confirmed this. Tmobile employees that actually do their jobs, like Irene at the Grand Ave store and her manager, have also confirmed this. A replacement phone was ordered via warranty for me. Out of convenience it was shipped to the store closest to my home.
I went to pick up my phone and Chris, without even looking up more order number or mobile information refused to give me my phone. He began spouting that its not tmobiles responsibility blah blah blah. I told him he was terrible at his job and returned the Grand Ave store. Irene was kind enough and able enough to order me another phone, this time to her store. I've filed complaints and the store manager at the other store has also filed a complaint. This might be an Ok store when Chris isn't there. Hard to say. My experience with him is I have no idea who in the hell would let this guy manage a store. 0 customer service skills.

Watch out with chris, They are selling wolf tickets. Offered and didn't deliver very disappointing should've stayed at AT&T at least there honest

Edit: Upon a recent arrival we spoke and cleared some details up, it turns out that fully paying off the phone nullifies the promotion and any attention to the tmobile customer support to fix this got completely shut down, so while I did have to take the hit for the phone atleast there's a resolution to this issue. I apologize to DJ for not recognizing the amount of effort he placed in our issue, unfortunately, this was still a bad taste in all of our mouths due to the customer support being unwilling to help us fix a deal that we jumped so many hoops to aquire.
My experience at T-Mobile store was disappointing. The sales representative, DJ, seemed only interested in making commissions. Initially, we were enticed by a $800 off deal on phones with an added line, but DJ upsold us on additional offers like home internet and a bogo deal for phone lines. However, things quickly went downhill. We had to pay in full for the credited lines and were promised reimbursement over time, but one of the phones didn't receive the promised $800 credit. Although we returned the home internet within a week, it took time for the modem to be reimbursed. We were still charged for its usage initially. The bogo deal was also not applied, but the main concern is getting the phone credit issue resolved. Despite reaching out for help multiple times, the same issues persisted without a satisfactory resolution. Each billing period brought no progress in resolving the problems we faced.

We just switched from verizon and my phone they said would work with their service, well it doesnt! And to upgrade my phone they have a nice promotion just like V does $500 off but guess what you have to add another line.for $35/m we already got a free line when we switched why would 2 ppl need 4 lines? On top of that $35x24/m =$840 thats paying more then what the promotion is worth
