Highly recommended! Jared helped me out and he was very helpful even a month later and he knows the Android OS really well. The manager and assistant manager also helped out along the way. I was in the industry in the 90's in Texas and I was very impressed here. I recommend the new Razr Viva Magenta. It's a great phone.
After a disappointing visit the other day at another location, I regret I didn't go to this location first. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away. Robbie/Robert helped me out very patiently, and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service.
I would leave a zero if I could. Bought a Samsung Galaxy phone and had nothing but trouble with it, took it in twice to be fixed for its issues. They said it was brand new and not refurbished. Also the supposed fast charger was half black and half white, didnt charge even after 2 hrs. Brought it back a 3rd time and told them we wanted a new phone but they would not take it back because of 14 days was up on returns. Went to different Tmobile store and bought iphone. Now paying on 2 phones. Corporate worthless. We were loyal customers for 9 yrs.
They do nothing but lie, lie, lie! I would never use T Mobil again. They have the worst customer service and are unable to tell the truth. My $50 bill turned into $79 (just one of the many lies I was told). Will they fix it? NOOOO! They don't care. As soon as possible I'm leaving this company that does nothing but lie to people. They are so nice until you sign the contract. Done with being lied to!
I visited your store on 7/19. Joe provided above and beyond service! He took the time to review my account, he let me know I was paying for 2 lines that I was not even using since last December, Joe took the time to call and cancel those lines for me to save me money. He upgraded me to the best plan, made it a smooth and easy process activating my boyfriends phone, upgraded me to a new Apple Watch and Apple TV. Joe over all provided us with a great experience he was friendly and patient with us. Thanks Joe!
My wife and I went to another TMobile store first and were quoted a high monthly price and no help offered to switch from Google Fi. We then went to this store and were helped by Joe. Despite it being a hectic time of day in the store, Joe spent A LOT of time with us. A good deal on a plan and 2 new phones. He set them both up and transferred all data. Joe was fantastic and I highly recommend him and this store.

Although Joe is a part of the amazing Tmobile team it feels like I was at Allstate because with him I was in good hands He was extremely patient and helpful showing us all the great deals and promotions they have. I left with a smile from ear to ear with a new Bluetooth speaker and a free phone with active line for my younger brother. Thanks Joe for being a genuine team member I'll be back for some more deals!
I came in to get my sister a new IPhone and Joe met us at the door with a warm greeting and helped us out! He was super friendly and so funny! He made the process so smooth and answered every question we had! Definitely will come back to this location to get more stuff in the future! Thanks Joe!

Stopped in just get get a new SIM card. We were greeted right when we walked in and received excellent customer service. They were really quick to help us and get us taken care of. Great experience at this location.

There is a girl in their name Hex. She is the most amazing person I've ever got to work with at a phone place where I am a customer. She is Truly amazing and very articulate.
Had a fantastic experience from start to finish at this store. Started by making a phone call to the store and had some questions about switching. Allen took the time to answer my questions over the phone, which resulted in me coming in the store and switching to T-Mobile. The process was smooth and seamless. I encountered nothing but quality customer service and professionalism with this location.
We went to several T-Mobile locations and none could help with our situation then went to talk to Christian at the signal Butte location and within ten minutes he has it fixed
T-Mobile home internet is absolutely horrible. The only time it works is at 2 am. It’s utterly worthless in the evening. Would not recommend.
Sales people were not informed enough, did not give me what I wanted. Now I'm stuck in a 2 yr contract. Apache junction location.
I will now go out of my way and check out the Mesa location.
Will never go back to AJ location.
