11I feel like they don't respect whoever arrives first at the store. They chose someone who arrived later, which cost me an extra hour and I had to cancel a personal appointment I had at that time.
Been going to that store for a long time. Never had a problem everyone is always helpful, friendly and great.

Never calls or notify about your warranties coming in. Cancel twice. Tried a different store boom got my phone.
I'm pretty sure the man who initially helped me was high, but I can't confirm. The lady who ended up helping me was very nice and tried her best
They weren't trying to help at all even when I told them I wanted to upgrade devices. This is today's world lazy
Don't ever go to T Mobile at Christown mall! First of all when we walked in there were 3 sales people all sitting behind the counter in the back of the store. None of them got up up to greet us we had to go to them. We wanted to exchange the router we purchased about 2 months ago because it isn't working correctly. They response was after 14 days they couldn't do anything. They told us we had to go home and call some number. They didn't offer to check it to see if they could do something. All they did was sit on their stools. My husband has stage 4 cancer and we need the internet for medical reasons. I am sure it wouldn't have made a difference anyway. We shouldn't have had to tell them that to get quality service. They can't spell customer service any less deliver it. I did get angry and used some language as we were leaving which I shouldn't have done. For that I apologize. Why there are 3 clerks there is beyond me because they aren't doing anything! I don't know if we will keep T Mobile or not but we won't go back there ever.
Staffs are rude, unprofessional, prices are outrageous.
Never will go back to T-Mobile.

They can't even make a sale in this country, they have to call India to complete the sale. You end up waiting as long as if you were buying an automobile. I find this absolutely horrible in this country.
Make sure you guys ask for Denise she is so nice and helpful and was extremely professional and Jason was also professional and a great rep. Awesome store. Warm friendly and helpful.
