When my old phone went for a fatal dive into a puddle during the recent rain, I looked for a store in my area with good ratings to help me with a new one. This store, although not the closest one to me, had the best reviews. I now know why. I am not particularly tech savvy. The gentleman who helped me (I asked him his name, but promptly forgot it, as I always do) took the time to answer my questions, looked for promotions for the phone I chose, set it up on an easy payment plan, then helped me transfer all of my important apps and data from my old phone. He was patient and knowledgeable, never making me feel rushed, and while he helped me get everything I needed, I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. This level of service is rare. If you need a phone or related service, I recommend you start here.

Best service ever! Doesn't matter how many times i go or why, always best service. The guys always listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Always find the best way to help me. So patient and super nice. Best ream ever!

Revvl V+ 5g phone is the absolute worst and unreliable. Do not buy this phone it has been an absolute disappointment and only seems to get worse. Stay away from these phones, spend the money and get something better. The employee pushed this phone on and I regret listening to them

This store is awful, they are incompetent here. They promise you one thing to get you to spend money then once you’re out the door they no longer care. I upgraded 8 months ago and was promised a promotion that has never applied I have called each month to get my bill where the guy in this store said it was going to be. My husband went in to update auto pay, and they didn’t do that right either. It’s extremely frustrating to be told one thing, and them actually do another. I have spent hours the last several months to get this issue resolved. They clearly do not care. We look forward to switching carriers next month.

The workers just keep walking passed you until they seem they want to come up to you. A 5 minute procedure then turned out to me and my girlfriend waiting there for 2 hours. Never again coming here

In store customer service is top notch. Brent is amazing and deserves to be recognized for his amazing customer service! He went above and beyond for us. He fixed a hiccup that accrued with 611 change of responsibility. He called them and took care of everything. Brent you rock dude! 10/10

So I messed up by trying to start a conversation with Whoopi goldberg I think her name was jade. She knows it all and if we need to know anything we should just ask her. He's so smart, that's why she works at T-Mobile. Before the superior berates their customer I also wanted to add that the end result was Whoopi was unsuccessful fixing my phone. I got out of line as customer but a professional she claims she is shouldn't.

Had to get a phone replaced through insurance and the staff was a HUGE help in the process.
Ended up walking out with a brand new Galaxy s23 Ultra, which I'm VERY happy with.

Been wanting to switch to Tmobile for awhile and finally I decided to go here unplanned. Omar and Brent helped me out and didn't push any sales, they are both knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I feel like I accomplished there what I came for. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

After reading the other reviews, I was very disappointed with the service. I asked about purchasing a phone, and was told it would cost $40 to transfer data from my old to new phone - other reviews state it was done for free.hmmm. Left as they were busy and we would stop back (we are retired can return at hit slower times). Found the same phone for a bit less and no fee to transfer, at another store, so purchased it there. Came back to get a case and screen protector. They checked, didn't have it, in stock. Being a klutz, I wanted the case asap. I asked them to check other stores, the response was I can only them get by ordering on line from their website and having it shipped. Went home and checked their website, called their number and a wonderful person helped me find the case and screen protector at a different nearby T-Mobile store in a few minutes. We were able to pick them the next morning. I am at a loss as to how I can go on line with can check inventory at another store but the sales person at the store couldn't? They opted to just said no, we don't have it and I can't check inventory at other stores. Won't be back given the lack of interest and inconsistency of stated costs across customers.

Even though I wasn't able to get help with t-mobile customer service, Julian sat with me for over an hour trying to help with my unique issue with my phone. Thank you for trying to help and sticking by me through this. I recommend this store to anyone for there kind words and helpfulness.thank you for trying!

Stay Away, they have been mischarging me for almost a whole year now. Every time I go in they tell me it will be fixed on my next bill and there's nothing they can do for me at the time. I spend hours on hours with customer support for TMobile and Sprint, they open "investigations" that go unresolved/ignored. The employees at the store can show me the line item in my account where it says my discount offer (buy one line, get one free) was accepted, but it is not reflected in my bill. I finally put a stop payment in with the bank. I'm not paying these crooks until they give me back everything they owe me.

Extremely helpful for going through my phone an straighten things out I was being inundated with more phony scam calls than I could block and delete hopefully they have got it squared away
