This store really deserves zero stars! I'm absolutely disgusted by their manager and employees! They said my bill would be a certain price under $300 and now they want to charge me $400 a month! Manager said and promised everything in her power to get me switched over, didn't think she would be a slimy disgusting human being. My wife and son told me not to trust this scumbag. But I did cause of all the promises, free phones and promos only to charge me for everything in the long run! They are trash, I would not recommend this place to anyone, this place is a fraud and will absolutely scam you!

DO NOT GO HERE they are scammers and will lie to you on your bill. My mother had gone about a week ago to get an upgrade but then walked out with 2 lines and insurance added without her permission and completely messed up her plan and that was all done by Erik the sales rep. The female manager was just as useless. They will do anything dirty just to get more commission so check your detailed bill after leaving this place!

This store and manager will tell you lies. They will say anything to get you to sign up. They will not upgrade your device after 12mos, they will not return your device and send you to a corporate store, even though you were told you could take to any store. Do not go to this location! Choose any other location then this one.

Enrique is the MVP of this location! On multiple occasions he has come to the rescue and offered us the best options available. He is the best. Deserves a raise for sure! This location should be so proud to have him represent!

Isaac was such an amazing rep. The whole staff were so inviting and knowledgeable. Best experience I had in a T mobile. This experience made me glad to be a customer for 15 years.

Thank you very much thanks to this place a month ago we got new phones since in other places they rejected us when they were places of the same company. This is when you realize that it is not the company but the people who judge you on their own account but In this place all their employees are very friendly and they take care of you just like everyone else.

Horrible experience. Agents are liars. You go to the store and they say one thing and then later your bills says something different.
Or every time you called they give you different information tired of this.
I had been a good customer for 7 years and now they are treating bad. Can’t wait to go to another company.
