T-Mobile, Glendale AZ

I bought a new phone and got another free with a new line. New line were free. I walked out with two phones for the price I had planned on paying for one. Thanks for the great customer service. Walked outside and my car wouldn't start and they help me jump start it. Super nice people. Thank you!

I only went in for help with transferring data to my new phone. They did it all and explained what they were doing along the way, and showed me a few tips and tricks. Great techs. Great service. It's why I go there.

The representative was very pleasant and professional. He knew exactly what I was referring to and corrected the problem in a few minutes.

Just swung by TMobile cause my phone wasn't receiving messages. Bryan did a great job helping me out and got me a new SIM card. Phone seems to be working great now!

When i went to trade-in my phone with the offer they have the guy who spoke with me was not well aware of the deal and he bluntly said they are not going to accept Samsung s4, when i asked him to check again he checked and said “okay, i guess they changed the deal and he said we accept it”. When i asked for the plans they have, he said they have just one plan and he denied to show me the plans and said they don’t have handout copies. Very poor customer service and this agent lacks in the knowledge of the deals.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Rasmon Baldapour. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He also made sure all electronics were set and ready for use for me. I would recommend this agent if your not sure about a product. He will go into great detail about the product to make sure this is the purchase you would like to make.
