16I just got T-Mobile last week and I'm already over the moon! It's like my phone has grown wings and is soaring through the clouds of connectivity. The customer service reps are so helpful, they must be moonlighting as therapists. I'm never leaving T-Mobile, even if they start offering free service on Mars!
Aly was so helpful with several phone issues I was having. She was really patient with my low level cell phone capabilities and walked my through what I needed to do to fix the issues. Both her knowledge and kindness will keep me coming to her for further phone services that I need.
We just traded in our old iPhone 12s for new iPhone 15s. Alayana did a great job for us! She was both efficient and personable. Very happy!
Went here to return equipment as directed on the phone by a t-mobile rep. I just got a confused look and a refusal. No attempt was made to help at all.

Extremely rude customer service. Wouldn’t even let me finish my question or explain the situation before jumping down our throat. We walked out because the 18 year old helping us was so rude and unprofessional.

My husband needed a new phone. This store told us it was buy one get one free, which was an outright lie, as I’ve now discovered. Of course, who’s going to turn down a new phone even if you have a good one still? After spending two hours on the phone with T-Mobile, I was told that even though the employees at this store lied about the BOGO, there’s nothing they can do. So we’ll be switching our cell phone provider for the first time since the ‘90s. I disagree that there is nothing that T-Mobile can do. Of course they could do something. They are just choosing not to. Update in response to what appears to be an automated reply since it makes no sense: It wasn't about the time it took to find out I'd been ripped off. It's the ripping off that I have a problem with.
Martin and Dom were rockstar today. Got a new phone and plan. Easy and painless. They clearly know their business. I highly recommend this location for knowledge and experience.

Tonight I stopped by this T-Mobile store and Miguel took care of me. He successfully got me the plan I wanted and is working to get me a credit for another stores mistakes. I will be working with this store from now on. Thank you a million times Miguel. You took the time to assist me fix an issue that I have been fighting since 9/2021 with the store on Harrison and golf links, who refused to take care of me and they caused the biggest part of the problems.
