Taco Bell, Sun City AZ

We went through the drive thru and were in line for 25 minutes and then the messed up the order I ordered a #6 chicken and got beef, the food tasted stale and the tomatoes is requested NOT be on my order, was doubled.won't go back there again

It was absolutely terrible. I asked right upfront if I could PLEASE have (fresh) chicken and I told them that my Son used to work at KFC and I know they have a upper tray and a lower tray of chicken. One is usually always the freshest. The lady said you will have to ask him. And I did and he told me that they had some fresh chicken that he had just pulled up I said oh good because I usually don't get KFC so this a real treat. Well I sit down with my meal and the chicken was HORRIBLE, the Legs only had meat on one side and the crust was hard as a rock. Fresh it was NOT!

So I took it back and kindly asked the girl at the counter if they had any that look better than that needless to say she was not very nice she didn't apologize she didn't say anything. The next thing I knew she slings them in the trash and proceeded to get me two more. My biscuit was hard as a rock (but I didn't know that until I had gotten back from when) I went to ask for butter and honey I got two packages of honey no butter and needless to say we definitely will not go back. That location you used to be and again I will say used to be one of the best because it's located in Sun City Arizona and it used to be great because of all the senior citizens that where to fill the place up for lunch but it's no longer that way very sad very sad.

I'll just say i got a hair, 3 orders in one bag, all hard tacos were crushed, Overkill on the sour cream, it's connected to a kfc so the gordita tasted like chicken grease, won't go to this one again.

I DIDNT GET A TACO I GOT A SALAD CHIP. DONT GO HERE. SERVICE BAD, FOOD BAD AND STAFF ARE CLUELESS

I have no problem with thIs Taco Bell. Having said that, the double steak cheese burrito is a waste of money. Reminds me of Wendy's "where's the beef? " Have to dumpster dive to find any!

They keep a clean and tidy dining room. Lots of choices on food and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I dont go out to eat often, and was disappointed. I ordered an tostada and they dont make them anymore! I ordered nachos and a crunchy taco supreme and received a soft taco supreme. But i will say the cashier was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Shout out to the cute brown girl with glasses that gave me a creamy jalapeno sauce container absolutely loaded to the brim. Lol. Thx.

The WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST experience I've EVER had at a taco bell. It is my favorite fast food place but if I ever get the kind of treatment again I will NEVER come to taco bell again and I'll make dang sure EVERYONE I know hears about it.
The "manager or supervisor " was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.
I don't know if the "higher ups " ever read these but they sure should. I came in on Thursday evening, the 28th of October at about 7: 30pm so you should be able to find out who he is.
If you're smart you would fire him and NEVER let him work for your company EVER AGAIN!

Filthy nasty dirty the associates rude not courteous at all terrible will never ever ever go back

Got my order wrong and when I called to talk to the manager about it I was hung up on. I will never go to taco bell or kfc again.

Waited 40 minutes for an order, wasted so much of my time. If it’s during a busy hour you’re better off going elsewhere

RUDE! Lights all on at 8 pm with people inside nobody would come to speaker so we drove to the window they were all laughing and standing around and when they saw us at the window they turned around locked the window and went back to laughing and talking and blew us off.

Everything costs more than a regular Taco Bell. There’s no dollar menu and all the workers are crack heads. Please don’t go here

The food is exactly the same at every restaurant. How do they do that. If your in a hurry it's a good stop. I would give more stars but they keep getting my order wrong. Sigh. Other than that it's ok. It's fast food.

When they're busy they're rude if you order to go check it before you go if you don't you'll be sorry. I just stopped going because when they make a mistake you're the one who pays because like I said when they're busy their evil, mean, rude and, nasty the whole staff especially management.
