Taco Bell, Taylor AZ

We love Taco Bell BUT. Every time we visit the one in Taylor, they foul up our order. So it takes two trips instead of one which is a waste of our time. We are are told "you ordered wrong, " or.there is nothing we can do to fix it it. I always understood that in customer service the customer is always right
According to Taco Bell the customer is ALWAYS wrong. Why spend bundles of money remodeling when the bigger issue is customer service

Exceptional Taco Bell! The manager hires the friendliest people. I use the kiosk and BOOM my order is ready. Friendly employees and excellent meal every time I have ever come here. They always get my order right and the store is clean and comfortable. If you are coming from out of town you can stop here and eat and run into Bashas and the Dollar Store for supplies before you head across the street to Walmart. Recommended!

HORIBLE SERVICE! They made me and my Pa order on a box! We didnt know how to use it at all, and it didnt come with instructions. We never even got to eat! We went to 6 places trying to eat, including taco bell! Please get rid of those electric boxes!

Consistently the worst taco bell I've been to. 9 times out of 10 they either get the order wrong (a simple 3 items in the order, no customization), or if they happen to get the order correctly the "burrito" is basically just a tortilla with a smear of beans and a flick of cheese. Nice $5 tortilla right there, thank you taco bell! Taco Bell used to be a real restaurant where a man could spend $5 for a few burritos. They killed my boy my poor boy!

It's a fast food restaurant serving Mexican food. I like the basic tacos always have I can remember in 1969 they were 30 cents a piece! That was in Tucson Arizona. They don't prepare their own me it comes prepared already in bags so you don't really know what you're getting you have to just take it or leave it, it's okay once in a while. They had gotten my first order confused if somebody else's order but when I went back about 4 days later they replaced my original order and gave me excellent service in an apology

Had some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had. The $5 cravings box was almost worth it

We go here often and like Taco Bell. They still have some good value deals. The service is usually very good. We hate that the dining room is so uncomfortable. No cushions, the seats are funky to move around and just does not seem like they want anyone staying too long with that set up. Not very family friendly or comfy. We will keep going back! We go through the drive thru often and don't normally have complaints. Once in a while they give you skimpy taco or burrito but normally, it's not too bad and still usually the cheapest place we eat out.

All 3 tacos completely falling apart crunch rapped not cooked all the way and has nothing in it all they care about is there “times” not the food people are buying

I enjoyed this taco bell for a quick bite. Seems lately they have not been as good as they used to be. The last three times I have gone they have given me incorrect orders.

Great food, great service, clean restaurant. This place is highly recommended for anybody with kids to enjoy their food.

This place sucks. I don't know why they ask you what kind of sauce you want when they don't even put it in the bag.you got to ask for napkins too. Common sense if it's drive thru put the sauce and napkins in there. I prefer the Pinetop location. Snowflake location needs to do better.

Love their crunch tacos and Baja Blast drink, but tonight the person taking the order forgot my drink and sauce requests. The drive thru window representative was not user friendly.

I'd give less than 1 if possible. The last time here I got a very unwelcome surprise in my lunch.a well cooked stink bug. Upon returning it the so-called manager tore it apart saying it was "just lettuce: " Uh-huh, right.lettuce does not have legs. I will NEVER eat there again. And all be sure to check what you eat/.

Food is sometimes a hit and miss. Drive through time needs a little work.

This is a few months later now and this place is very mismanaged. Food doesn't come out right, staff doesn't seem to listen to your order. Food was not prepared, told to wait if we wanted food. This has happened almost every time at night when we have gone recently. Only reason for a two star instead of a one star is the food that was correct was still good, and the workers knew how to handle a bad situation and appease the customers.

Got the Mexican pizza it tasted so bad I could not eat it had my husband and son taste it they spit it out it was a complete waste of money It has to be bad hope I don't get sick

The best customer service at any Taco Bell ever! The staff truly want you to have a good dining experience and enjoy your food!

These guys always have great customer service, they always treat you as if they are happy to see you and the food is always fresh.

Nice people work there, fast service and a clean environment. The food has consistently been pretty good for fast food, definitely beats the surrounding fast food restaurants. Wish the men's urinal had walls/barriers around it, makes it weird for more than one person to use the restroom.
