This taco bell has it together! The order is right every time. Been coming here for years and have never had a problem. Definitely recommend this location!

If they mess up your order (rare) they always make it right! Clean and friendly! Great place for a quick lunch

Taco Bell is not authentic Mexican food but it's a decent fast food interpretation. I happen to like it.

Food is still ok. Service is hard to judge.all orders are via monitors. No one was smiling, though

This is the best experience I've had at a Jack in the Box. The manager was attentive and very friendly. Will definitely come again.

Would have been 5 stars back in the day, but ever since they removed all the best items from the menu its just not the same.

I haven't been to taco bell in years and this visit confirmed why. The lady who rang us up was EXTREMELY rude and acted as if us ordering was an inconvenience. I'm a vegetarian and got a couple of modified items and she complained about it loudly to the other employees. Our order ended up having an incorrect item and a missing bean burrito (which I distinctly remember her ringing up because she rudely asked if I wanted to modify that as well). Really disappointing and wish that customer service was a priority.

2022 update: So I went for my "early" Pizza that they finally brought back. Even ordered it with "extra" meat. Yah, right. This place still sucks soo bad with the skimp. New photo added at end. $5.69 for that!

This place takes "skimp" to a whole new level! Did I actually even get anything but a tortilla? I can't tell. And don't even bother cutting the Pizza! So freaking lame! Taco Bell is nostalgia to me. They used to be a really good, really inexpensive fast food place. Now they're overpriced and plain and simple, SUCK! Why would I go here? There are sooo many better places to go for the price! This place is in self-destruct mode.

Clean and definitely delicious fast food prepared correctly and at a reasonable price. I had the 3 soft tacos beef with cheese and tomato, Cinnabon iced coffee and a lemonade to take with me. I dined in and usually just pick up my foods via the drive in but this was an excellent and quick, nourishing, reasonably priced meal. Thank you Taco Bell and you team was quick efficient and very knowledgeable. From the manager to my server Dakota all had masks on and food preparers had plastic gloves on, the service was great and I will definitely revisit again soon. Recommend for a quick snack or a complete meal. Tell your friends and family Taco Bell is reopened and remodeled, ready for business and open most hours. They also offer happy hour with reduced prices on popular items.

Let's talk about the mexi melt Taco Bell. Corporate my heart was broken, I can't allow this to go on much longer! We need a mexi melt back but we want it on the value menu. Hey everyone DONT FORGET to REaD Ur HOT sauce packets.that's one of the best parts of my visit. Some just really crack me up stand there looking like an idiot. It's almost like looking at ur change before giving it away.

I just have the absolute worst experience here. Last time we came they messed up our order when we ask for no cheese and stuff on food. So this time I went inside the order and made sure I waited so I could check my order there. I just waited 30 minutes for my order while 12 cars went through the drive-thru. Then I get my food and I check it and they actually got it right but the two things with the refried beans in it they were like hard lumps not even like soft nice yummy beans. And all the chalupas which are astronomically overpriced at this point we're hard as a rock. So we won't be going back there even though it's the most convenient location for us because no one had it together in that store.

I live close to this location and TB is my favorite fast food so I go here a lot
They've never messed up an order of mine and always get my food to me on time at an appropriate temperature. Staff is always friendly too

Very frustrated with the service at this location. It’s now been the last several times I’ve visited this location through the drive through to pick up a moble order - through the app they are pushing - and my order is wrong. Missing items, items made wrong, items ordered off the vegetarian menu having meat in them. It’s more reliable that my food will be made incorrect then the chance of everything made properly at this location. Tonight I spent $8 and $1 of it was made properly. I will not be returning to this location. If you’re in oro valley drive to the one further up oracle don’t go to this location unless you want wrong food and missing items.

I understand that the manager is trying their best with the staff they have but the order i just got was wrong again. It always is. We even double checked it before we left, I got a crunchwrap Supreme with extra meat and no tomatoes and no sour cream what I got was no lettuce very little meat and I had to chop my own lettuce. I am not going back anymore. My boyfriend always has to go back because for some reason they always forget my cinnoman twists.also the food was cold. Extremely disappointed. Edit: all the food we got was extremely cold and everything tasted STALE and my cinnoman twists were crushed up in a bag: c

Almost always quick and accurate. We usually have to customize our order a little (we use the app to make it easier) and they generally get it right. The employees at this location are always very polite.
