Taco Bell, Surprise AZ

I was going thru the drive thru and the guy in front of me paid for my order after a long day at work! How cool is THAT? I love Taco Bell ANYWAY, but that really made my day.

The worst experience ever. Yesterday my boyfriend and I were in the area and wanted to grab something before my appointment. We walked into the store no customers were inside only 3 staff members present we stood at the counter for 15 mins we asked several times is anyone cashing two of the staff members looked at us each time we asked the questions with no reply as the other staff was dealing with drivetru 1 was making a taco she wrapped the taco pushed it to the left turned and look at us the other lady standing behind her wiping down a machine looking directly at us saying nothing. At the 15th min a lady pop around the corner appear she's the manager because her uniform top was different from the other staff members asking what can we do for you today? I said never mind and headed for door her reply was WHO CARES what a response to a customer. Never will I return to this taco bell horrible staff

This is the 3rd time in a row that they have messed up my order. Granted they were pretty busy but this has gotten to be every time. Tacos are regularly underfilled and they have a hard time keeping veg items veg.

I ordered their new dipping taco. The guy that took my order had 2 crunchy tacos on the board. I asked if he had gotten the order for the dipping taco, her said yes and gave me my total. Got my food and it was NOT what I ordered. Plus the cheese sauce was all over the bottom of the bag. Couldn't even use it. Disappointed with the service today

Fryer was down, I ordered breakfast through their app. Once I arrived they notified me that they couldn't make their breakfast crunch wraps. I requested a refund since they couldn't make my meals. I was told I had to do it through the app.it's been over a week now and I haven't gotten a response or refund and STILL didn't receive any food. Basically just gave them $20 for absolutely nothing.

Workers just don't care about service all they care about is talking amoung each other and the he'll with customer service

Floors were a little greasy & my 4 year old kept slipping & falling. But great customer service, fast & food was on point!

3 times in a row now our food was wrong. Ordered a total of 6 taco Supreme and got regular tacos. Plus there shells have been crushed like they threw our food in the bag.

Updating to drop to 0 stars. This place finally hit rock bottom. Food is disgusting and pathetic portions. Crunch wrap had about a spoon of beans on a tostada wrapped in a stale tortilla. Gross. Incompetent management and staff. Filed complaint with health department.

Had a crunch wrap that was stale, half of order was wrong even after repeating order to me. Had great experiences before that but has been declining after past year. Won't be returning any time soon.

Nice clean & modern restaurant with friendly staff. My steak power bowl tasted fantastic! Little bit pricey though for this & a small drink.

Love when I order the new bacon club chicken chalupa and there’s no bacon or tomatoes on it! Just chicken and lettuce and cheese. Also paid extra for the Doritos Gordita crunch and got a regular one, which I wouldn’t be so upset about except they charge extra for the dorito shell. I’m not expecting the best food it’s Taco Bell but atleast make what I order and charge me for correctly. Such a bummer.

Uuugh! On Sunday, 12 Mar, I once again have run into a fast food joint operated by a bunch of kids that don't care about customer service. We made an online order just prior to getting there and then I went inside to pick it up. Nearly 45 MINUTES LATER the food was done. There were about a dozen people waiting inside and the drive thru was backed up with about 10 cars. Yet the staff had no sense of urgency to them whatsoever. In fact, despite the backup, one of them was out on break and the front end employee simply kept wiping down a few trays waiting for the other 3 in back to catch up on everyone's orders instead of helping out. What a completely lack of customer service shown at this location. Where was any type of management that could have solved the issue rather quickly?

How can you not love Taco Bell? !? My new addiction is the cheesy frito burrito. LOVE the Nacho Fries! Taco Bell PLEASE bring them back!

Update (2/10 @2am). The wait for two soft tacos was insane! Staff inside talked more than worked. I sat in the drive thru before getting to the window, with 1 car in front of me for 12 minutes. When I got to the window, I waited another 8 minutes. I will say that the tacos were very well made.

They closed 20min early and wouldn't answer us at the drive through after we drive 20min to get there. We went through the drive through just to see the worker watching us through the window.

This location is horribly run with young staff that seem to need better training or leadership direction. I could work this place myself faster than the 5 staff members they had there during my visit. Over 6 people waiting on their food for over 20-30 mins. Drive thru seemed well taken care of from what I could tell but not the sit-down customers or the door dash/uber eats drivers. Employees are rude with no customer service skills at all! They act like they dont want to be there and dont care if your order is messed up and/or takes long.

I really like this taco bell. Very clean friendly, lots more tables to sit and eat. And booth were very comfortable. 5 stars

My favorite is the chicken chalupas. This restaurant is glass on three sides and has a great view of Bell road. It's a nice vibe

The new chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito is spicy & flavorful. Every bite has chicken & spice. Baja Blast freeze is refreshing. I ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru.

Very busy staff not too friendly front end staff no smile no greeting very mono toned could be the atmosphere and no training in customer interactions with adults. Did witness several under the age of 17 walk in and the interactions were spot on. When someone in there 35+ it was deer in the headlights. Won't return to this location.
