Taco Bell, Avondale AZ

This is the second time Ive got the party pack with two items missing while on my lunch break. Then they do not answer the phones to correct it. People are hungry here.

We get crunch wraps from here and they are usually good. We picked 2 up this morning and they were cold and we had to throw them away. I'd say they had to have been sitting out for at least 30 minutes before we ordered them. Very disappointed.

Great Taco Bell location to Eda, food is always fresh when I get it, staff is always friendly and fast. It's right off the I-10 freeway, parking lot is easy to navigate, drive-through is not complicated!

Crew members can't seem to do the simple stuff, like close the end of a burrito, or spread ingredients throughout a burrito. I'd hate to see their cleaning/sanitary skills.

The employees here were so kind and upbeat! Brought us our food and smiled the whole time (: Annisa and Thomas I do believe.very friendly and courteous. Definitely coming back to this Taco Bell. Impressed! Good prices as well and a nice selection of drinks (:

Mr. Thomas was and smiled. Smiling is a big thing. Annisa was pretty knowledgeable as well with great conversation. Also she didnt give up on the Spanish speaking customers with the knowing what was being relayed. This is my hometown Taco Bell and always loved coming here. I drove quite a few miles to get here and always impressed.

It would be so nice if your employees would slow down and get it right the first time. I have to turn around so many because my orders either wrong or missing something!

Food was fine but there was an overwhelming vomit smell in the dining area that was still there when we left.

Food was great as normal. Even better is the fact that I left my phone, and after more than an hour I returned and the staff had found it and held it for me.

Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was very clean and organized. And I must say they have about the most cleanest restrooms I have ever been to inside a Taco Bell. It really smelled like someone worked really hard and actually did some real cleaning through out the whole place. Food was on point and they wasn't stingy with the ingredients made like the real Taco Bell commercials you see on tv

Terrible service and terrible at fixing problems with customers. They didn't give me all my food that I ordered in the drive thru, and when I called to tell them, they expected me to drive 20 minutes back to the store for the 1 item they forgot, instead of trying to offer ANYTHING else to help the situation. I spoke to Neyeli who was adamant that me driving 20 minutes back (that's 40 minutes in total there and back) to get my 1 item was the only thing they could do for me. Ridiculous.

Worst Taco bell i have ever been. Not at all fresh. Very cold food. Sometimes food smells bad too.

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to! Nope, not all Taco Bell’s are made and serve the same. The food here is far better then other Taco Bell’s, why can’t the rest of them be like this one? Oh! And they have free peppermints too!

Went thru the drive thru with 2 orders for the $5 dollar box lunch and the lady at the window hands me 2 seperate boxes. No bag, No napkins, and most importantly did not ask me if I wanted sauce!

This Taco Bell is immaculate. They greeted me and had my order ready in a flash. Bathrooms, floors, walls.everyhing was spotless. I was amazed so I started looking closer! Lol. Food was hot and as ordered. Soda fountain was great. Everything was well stocked.

A clean and friendly location, my only complaint is that sometimes the tacos are kind of stale. Otherwise this is my favorite taco bell by far

Fast, friendly, and correct orders even at 1: 30 a.m. They didn't make us feel like we were an inconvenience even though we came that late.

Very nice & friendly staff but the food presentation is absolutely terrible. Got a couple quesadillas & when i unwrapped them the insides we're all over the place leaving them unedible unless i had a spatula to scrape it all into a pile & a spoon to spoon up the "slop". Will not ever go there again.

One of the better Taco Bell restaurants I've been to. It was clean and the service was fast and accurate. What more needs to be said? It's Taco Bell so expect to be on the toilet 30 minutes after consumption.

I Work in the area every 3 months for 2 weeks and every time I go to this location they have my food ready prior to me getting to the window with a smile. Thanks guys for showing the other TB how it's done.
