Taco Bell, Apache Junction AZ

Placed an order online and went to pick it up when the employee at the front counter asked if I was there for a pick up and I said yes. The staff never punched in my order when I said the name so 10 min passed by while I was the only customer in the store and my order wasn't even being prepared (ordered online before I arrived) management would just shift the blame and take no accountability. Taco Bell needs to more transparent about their food delivery practices.

I got a grub hub delivery from this location and it was missing SIX ITEMS, who forgets SIX items!? Wth!

Food was overrated. Taco Bell has become a less than liked fast food restaurant. Food was over seasoned and chewey.

Taco Bell management, please reconsider Covid-19 actions. Girl taking our order and then handling money also gave us our drink cups. Using the dirty money handling gloves, the straws were put inside the cups, and the lids were also shoved inside the cups.

I would much rather pull my own cup and lid out of a dispenser. Handling the straw is fine because it is wrapped.

Food was excellent, l love Taco Bell, but the sanitation methods were bad. In addition, no one came out and cleaned a table the entire time we were there.

I go to this location frequently and it’s always in the evening where the workers are lazy and unfriendly. I ordered multiple items with ground beef and there were literally sprinkles of meat. Barely any meat at all. Very disappointing. I’ll stick to going to the morning crew they know what they are doing. Thank you for the waste of money and cheese tacos ‍️‍️

They messed something up almost every time I go. Like seriously 80% of the time. I'm so tired of going back to get my food remade. If all Taco Bells more like this one I wouldn't love them the way I do.

I'm not sure why it's classified as Mexican food. But Taco Bell is always there to save the day

Drive thru is super slow. Ordered using online app and still got my order wrong. Will not be returning to this local. Crack head TB as well - avoid - completely cant get a simple 5 dollar box right inside or drive through and extremely slow and rude staff. Look elsewhere. Needs new managment and employees.

Usually a good place as far as Taco Bell goes- never any issues with wrong order or forgetting anything. But this last time they got my order totally wrong and since I did a mobile order and drive through pick up didn't notice till I got home. Very dissappoined.

Love their beef tacos and bean and cheese burritos. I can't eat the onions so I always ask for no onions but they seem to always forget that.

I love the crunchy tacos here, they are cheap and delicious.especially when you add the salsa, hot and spicy please!

Friendly staff, clean store, very fast service, honestly I can't think of anything negative about this taco bell. I've had some of the worst service at several taco bells and have avoided all taco bells since. But I will definitely come back to this one though.

You can almost never go wrong here! The dollar menu has easily some of the best fast food choices anywhere, and more importantly, it's actually a dollar! Try the breakfast items, believe me you won't regret it! I would rate 5 starts, but the size of the items can vary from loaded to the brim to half of what you expect to get.

Drive thru took forever. Walkins were faster. The Pepsi I ordered tasted like soap. Out of six tacos, five were broken.

Usually the food is well prepared. The employees are excellent! Friendly, professional and always helpful.

Food was stale and tasteless. This is not isolated incident. Thought I would give it another try. Not giving another!

Never seem to get my order right. And I order straight from the menu, nothing special or custom made. Like four ingredients should be pretty straight forward on a tortilla.

Rang up my order wrong wanted soft shell tacos and got bean burritos instead and didn't realize it until I got home and I hate anything with beans guess I learned my lesson to check the receipt as soon as it is handed to me instead of waiting

I enjoy the food but you need to pay more for the worth while menu items, their basic or regular burritos are more tortilla than filling, just something to keep in mind.
