The gentlemen working there were kind and made sure I was taken care of, but I can’t just ignore the wait. It took AN HOUR to even be pulled into a lane to get my oil changed. There was only one car waiting in front of me and another car in the lane. They had two lanes open but were only working from one. Again, the guys working were extremely sweet and apologetic but the whole premise of this place is to be in and out…that was definitely not the case as my appointment took about 1 hr and 20 minutes in total.

This place in queen creek was awesome! They were super friendly and on point with everything! Sharing information every step of the way! Will definitely be going back. Thank you guys for servicing my scion xb and awesome job with the shop super clean and organized definitely very welcoming keep up the awesome work!

Stripped my oil pan. Said they had never fixed it before. Decided to put a pan saver on to temporarily fix it. Still waiting to hear back about what will be done.

If you want quality service go to the Valvoline oil change on Ellsworth and Queen Creek.

Long waits at this Take 5 and poor customer service. Was told, ” We can’t see you today since we can’t work past a certain time due to the law”. But Valvoline saw me no problem.

Highly helpful and courteous staff. Noticed that my oil plug didn’t have a gasket and they took the time to replace it and ensured it wasn’t leaking!

Very slow. Guys just sat around working in one bay at a time. I have been to others and they are much faster. Management needs to address it afterall took far longer than 5 minutes for me and the other card there.

But the service was good once they got to my vehicle but they literally went from Bay to Bay to Bay with the three or four people which took a long time and it definitely took longer than 5 minutes to do my oil change.

They were super helpful, kind and when it was taking longer than expected offered me a discount. Would highly recommend.

Had to wait 30 minutes to finally pull into the bay. And when I did I finally saw the prices of the oil change. High mileage, synthetic oil change was $102. It's funny how they don't put pricing on their website or anywhere until you finally drive into the bay. Told him thanks but no thanks and drove away

Joseph and his team are thorough and are diligent with the service and execution. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Scam. Scam. Scam. NO VEHICLE REQUIRES SYNTHETIC oil to drive down the road. No manufacture will void a vehicles warranty because of the type of oil they used in the engine. And then as soon as you request the Economy they tell you it only covers half.
It’s upsell galore.
5 min oil change is not worth the games.

The young man and young lady who worked on my car were very professional and answered my questions.

Joseph & Luke had me in and out of there in less than 20 minutes, had a full oil/filter change. Yes, they did their jobs & offered me plenty of extra services (i.e. New wipers, cabin filter, engine filter.) I’ve owned my truck for over 1.5 years now & never changed any of those, so I caved & had them switch them all out. Got a killer discount & saved some money. Thanks! Will be coming back.

The Assistant Manager Joseph made my experience flawless. He and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and fast.
Highly recommended. It’s the only place I take my vehicles now for service.
