Talking Stick Resort reviews
13It is a good weekend getaway, or an alternative place to stay on business. Have only stayed 3x, but each has been great.
I expected more. No real restaurant choices, no entertainment either other than dropping money in the casino. Pool was average. Concierge was no help whatsoever. Not a resort in my opinion. Bellman "Stick" was awesome.
To start, it was super easy to get in an out of. Parking was fine. We went on a weekend where there was a pool party. A bit bizarre to me that people staying at the resort had to pay an additional cost to attend the pool party (the pool was limited access to people only with tickets)
Next was the service. We were given a $25 voucher to redeem for the casino and we went to redeem it. We won an additional $10 from a scratcher as well! The First Lady who helped us was so kind. We had to go back for additional help and the Second Lady was very condescending towards us and her coworkers. I wish I got her name.
The whole experience was great. Close by everything we wanted to do including the aquarium and TopGolf!
Talking stick was great with hospitality and service. Romeros moved us from hotel to golf event. The banquet hall served us over 150 people in timely manner. Award-winning buffet offering Italian, Asian, Mexican, Mediterranean and American cuisines. Elegant and intimate fine dining, award-winning wine list, and amazing views from the 15th floor. Sports bar conveniently located between the Arena Poker Room and Black Fig Bistro. Offers Slots, Keno, and full drink menu.
Black fig has great prices and daily specials. On food and drinks. A must try on bakery goods is awesome.
Soooo, no machines. Will fun old school wheel of fortune, no. Patriotic red white n blue style slots,
Not much fun, walked floor twice play $100, no real quick wins to keep the fun going.
Belts are very tight $9 beer
Had a great time with my mom and family members. It was my mom's birthday on 8-20-23 we had dinner at the restaurant down stairs and it was great.
I wasn't aware of, in advance, the resort fee ($25 plus tax). Only learned of it upon check-in. Not a big deal, but I appreciate info up front. Perhaps it was listed on the site, but I didn't notice it. Rooms were clean and handsomely appointed.
Great customer service. Only thing was they had a pool party with DJ and partipants were using elevators making it difficult for guests to get to their rooms
We always have a good experience when we stay here. This time there was no valet parking due to a pool party they were having. Figured they would reserve some parking for actual guests.
No smoking is a huge reason to keep going there and not to other casinos. The staff are also very friendly, especially the cleaning staff.
A very Vegas experience close to home. Slots, drinks, live band and fun. What more can you ask for. We'll be back for a staycation!
They are renovating the pool on one side of the hotel, the side we happen to be staying on. I was woke up before 7 AM when I went to the front desk, they told me they would waive the upgrade for you to move me to the quiet side of the hotel. When I told him I wasn’t happy, they told me it was written on their website that there may be noise. Noise is one thing jackhammering is another.
Great place for business meetings and having fun. The dining options are extensive and the food is great.
All the gambling options one would expect to see in a Las Vegas casino.
