I didn't think they made seats smaller than those on airlines, but they did and The Suns bought them. They made the residents of Phoenix pay for renovations, which consisted of shrinking the seats, just to add one extra seat per row.

Went 2 a suns game almost all the venues inside arena were closed except 3 or 4 restaurants.they didnt even do any of the prizes or half time entertainment like tshirt toss or dunk contests etc.the dj played the same sounds over n over it felt like.for as much as the tickets were and 1st place since everything reopens was kind of dissapointing they could at least move everyone down a row or 2 wouldnt affect the social distancing and might feel like we got an upgrade.

The new arena is pretty impressive-all flat black theme. Clean and all modernized. The replay screen is an amazing improvement. Great timing for a great season

The upgrades, the new bar, lighting, seats, club area food, is pretty amazing. Much better look and feel than the old airport terminal look it had before. Very impressed and the games can actually be enjoyable now.

Honestly great remodel. Wish the seats inside were wider, but that's just coming from a larger than average person

Very cool venue, the sound was fantastic and the view from my seat, in section 111, was perfect. Couldn't be happier with the show, will definitely be wanting to go back and check out a game sometime. Prices on food are what you would expect at any stadium/arena/ballpark. Parking was fine but leaving was slow. Once we got moving things were fine. Seats slightly narrow for larger folks but manageable. All around nice place, Didn't use the restroom, uncertain of quality there.

Nice arena with friendly, helpful staff. As usual, you can expect to overpay for drinks, food, etc. There are lots of great restaurants all around the arena if you want to eat first. Lots of them get packed and are in high demand before big events so make sure to give yourself plenty of time. Make a reservation if you can.

I was there for the first time last week, to see the Foo Fighters. Beautiful arena. The staff was fun, friendly, and engaging. I was able to find parking a couple of blocks away. Lyft was easily accessible and all in all, a great night.

Amazing arena and the bands we saw were EPIC.loved it. Just not the huge speaker that blocked out most of the bands logo on stage. Other than that was AMAZING

Saw Jimmy Buffet and it was amazing! The venue is awesome and the crowd was laid back. The only thing is you have to go early to get parking close to the arena. There's a lot of places to go grab a bite before your show. They have really revitalized the downtown area.

It's a great, clean arena. Great place to watch basketball. I have fond memories of this place from the Suns' better days. Sigh.

Nicest casino in Phoenix area. Great rooms, lively, great atmosphere and they have live band at night.

I attended a Harlem Globetrotters show here in August. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the back to back shows were well organized. My only complaint would be to have the staff/security in the front sit when the show begins as many around me towards the front rows couldn’t see the beginning.

Experience may change depending on the event you attend. Large facility with plenty of bathrooms, eating areas and multiple exits.

The experience was very enjoyable most all of the employees there at the arena are very helpful the only thing I would suggest anyone that was heading that way is to make sure you get there very early it's much better to stop and have a cocktail or have a bite to eat before the concert rather than try to fight that traffic to find a place to park and go through that aggravation.

At a recent concert, they allowed the wrong line to enter first. The people who had lined up early for general admission did not get to go in first. Not enough security outside to control the crowd.

Loved the arena, our seats were perfect! A little cramped, but that's the way all of these venues are nowadays. Loved the concert!

Went here to see the System of a Down concert. Been here many times for concerts and Phoenix Suns games. Great venue! Drink prices were really high; $14 for a beer, $7 for a small bottle of water. We expect that at concerts.

Phx suns vs Dallas Mavericks game tip off night. Free shirts on the seats and the gorilla greenhouse was open to all with all games free for the children. Great start for the season.
