Good customer service, 3 people assisted me and all 3 were very attentive and with a pleasant attitude and customer service

Wouldn't let me return or exchange boots that I bought the wrong type for. They said they looked used. I didn't feel like arguing but they looked exactly like I got them. I'll definitely be buying my boots somewhere else every year

My wife bought boots from Tania’s almost a month ago and the left boot was too tight and defective. When buying the boots we asked about the return policy and they said we had 30 days. We live about an hour away and made two different trips to the store to exchange the boots. Both times the store was closed even though the website and the hours on the store stated they were open. We came to the store on a Tuesday around 11a and the following Friday around 11a to find the store was not open. On the third try the store was finally open and my wife was able to look at possibly finding another set of boots for an exchange. After trying on a few different boots she was couldn’t find anything she liked. We spoke with the two employees about returning the boots and were told they needed permission from management for the return and we would get a call within a couple days.
It now been a week and no answer from management regarding a return or exchange, but rather it’s now going to take two weeks for a decision.
This is poor customer service and very disappointed overall.

No concealed weapons on property no money for you. Post this on your site so people don't waste their time driving to your store. Thanks for wasting my time and space for a good store

Lousy place! First they gave me the boots of the wrong size and when I went to change them they told me that they no longer had them. The next day I went and they told me that they did have them. They gave me some used and dirty boots in poor condition and even when I asked him to change them he told me to only take the sample ones that were even more used and dirty!

Now I understand why they have bad reviews. Employee watched me from their car trying to open the door 5 minutes after they were supposed to be open and watched me leave only to then get out of her car and open the store and didn't even acknowledge me. Boot Barn here I come!

Very bad service from the staff that works in the store, I would never go back to that store

A small but clean and friendly western wear store. The customer service is top notch and the prices are competitive. They have a nice selection. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
