Taqueria Outlaw, Bisbee AZ

Had a quick snack break there. Lovely staff! Spicy Pina Margarita was sooo good, would have had more if had more time. Chips and salsas also super tasty. And they had Anthony Bourdain picture up, so you can see where they get their good taste from. Glad we stoped here.

Took a little longer than expected but I look forward to coming back. Food is great, the people who work here are very nice.

Love the Carne Asada Nachos! Yummy! The guacamole is A+. The service was great! We walked in ordered our food to go. Drank a Super Fantastic Margarita while we waited for the food.

Straight FIRE! Has a solid mix of traditional Mexican options, Southwest flavors, and the chef’s crazy fusions ideas! Also, delicious food options for all type of dietary restrictions.

Drinks: Make sure you try the pulque, the mezcalrita or normal margaritas are delish (the Cadillac is extra strong), and the ponche is nice.

Food: The enchilada (soon to join the menu) is a rich & cheesy deliciousness with any protein option. Carnes asada fries are hella good - very reminiscent of my San Diego memories. The tacos have double tortillas and the extra filling so you can get extra full - highly recommend the firecracker, mushroom adobada, fried cauliflower, al pastor, and carne asada!

I visited 3 days in a row and they are the best tacos I have ever eaten adobada, asada firecracker enchilada that will soon be on the menu chips with cheese and the best margaritas my favorite basil margarita come visit taqueria outlaw

Wish I could review the food for the place, because it legitimately looked good, but the service was terrible to the point it may have been malicious. We first showed up at about 6PM on a Saturday night, they said come back at 645 because they were packed. Okay, no problem, it’s a small town on a Saturday night, I get it. Go across the street, have a couple beers, come back at 645. Get told to put our name on the waitlist with phone number and they’d call us back when there was a table ready. Why didn’t you say that the first time? Fine, really hungry and want to experience one of the top rated places in town. I can just go back across the street and play pool (Bisbee Social Club is a great place BTW). Wait another hour across the street, and still no phone call @745. Alright, no call and we’re 15 minutes to close- walk back across the street to check and they have their closed sign up on the door while they’re still serving the people in side. Great, it’s 745PM in a small town- almost everything is closed or has its own long line. Why wouldn’t you just tell me it wasn’t going to happen? No worries, would have went somewhere else, completely understand. No, you had me come back at the time you said you’d be accepting tables only to have me put my name on a waitlist with my phone number and then just decided to ghost us. I would have been fine with a courtesy text saying “hey we’re way busier than expected, not going to happen tonight, sorry” but we didn’t even get that. Writing this while waiting for seating at a restaurant that had its own 45+ minute wait time, but at least they were up front about it. Could have eaten and moved on with my night hours ago. Terrible service, wouldn’t recommend unless you had reservations or you’re a local, because I feel that might have had something to do with it. ¯_ (ツ) _/¯

My first negative review on Google.

Our second time here and we will be back! A very cozy, relaxed atmosphere with a delicious variety of drink options, fantastic salsa, queso, chips, and a great assortment of tacos. Please do yourself a favor and order the side of beans- they are incredible, even without tacos! Salsa bar, hot sauces, the list goes on! Highly recommend the firecracker shrimp tacos and beer battered fish.

Yummy food, great flavors, friendly staff, what more can you ask for?

I'm not vegan but come for the vegan tacos we had them in the past. Sadly they don't sell the specific one I was wanting but totally understand the reason why. What if I bring my own impossible meat will they make it than cuz it was the best taco I've ever ate in my entire life I loved it

Great food! We got a firecracker shrimp burrito and a chicken nachos (the small was PLENTY for one person) which were both as good as anything anywhere. Delicious!

We saw them prepping their house-infused strawberry-basil tequila and it was just those 3 ingredients fresh from their packages.

Awesome! Mike is an equally passionate & talented chef/owner who delights patrons with his vision for food, sauces as well as adult beverage offerings. The supporting staff creates a culture that makes you want to hang out after you drink & dine. Bisbee is fortunate to have Mike's culinary talent & I am grateful to enjoy his cooking.

We got the chipotle chicken tacos and the pork belly tacos. The chipotle chicken tacos had zero spice, like none, they were very mild. In addition, the corn tortillas weren't even cooked. Almost like they were just taken straight out of the package because they weren't heated and just crumbled, making it hard to enjoy.
The pork belly flavor was okay, but the fat tasted like it wasn't rendered properly so it was super gristly and chewy.
Server was great, he was nice, attentive and boosted the mood of the place.

Only 1 star because I had to, in order to write this review. They are very rude. Never acknowledged us when we walked in and sat down until 4 people walked in and we were asked by the bald bartender to move over. And we did. Then he gave us a menu and we told him we just wanted a drink and he said they are on the back and he walked away. So we walked out the door. I will never return to that place again.

We waited over 30 minutes for our meal where, there was a group of 3 who came in, was given menus to order takeout & they received their food in 15 minutes.
I ordered a burrito bowl and received a taco bowl, my son requested no beans, yet, when he received his meal, there were beans on the plate. Besides being wrong, our food was cold.
Our waitress was an older lady who decided to never check on us, throughout our meal so, when she, finally, did & I informed her of our disgust, she got defensive and said “why didn’t you say something? ” which I responded with “if you’d have checked on us, you’d have known”…the restaurant wasn’t that busy so, there was no reason for the service & the food to be bad…. Besides that, you’re a Mexican restaurant…why was there a cowboy movie on & “take me home, country roads”, by John Denver playing? We won’t be back…. Not worth the time…

Phenomenal tacos and stiff pours. The Al pastor is so flavorful and their guac is so tasty. I would give them 10 stars.

Not a lot of seating or food options but it worked out okay since the food they did have was good and came out quick
