Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in, to when you walk out! I really appreciate this from our youth employees

What exactly is a vulnerable guest? Especially when I see ppl that literally my age walking and looking perfectly fine? Walmart I go!

Why is everyone so nice here. I feel like they should know my name by the amount of times I was said hi to today. Too friendly! Of course some not as much because of nerves or lack of energy I’m sure but y’all put a smile on my face knowing you guys care about your customers experience.:)

Wow, where to start? I love target but this location was horrible! The restrooms were extremely dirty, as they weren’t cleaned for about a week. Also, there were NO PRICES displayed under the items, I had to find a price checker and kept going back and forth to be able to know the prices. Ended up leaving without buying anything. Horrible experience, will not be back at this location.

BEWARE- Do NOT take your cell phone to Target for any tech issues unless you want everything erased without your permission.

My grandmother Diane James bought her cell phone (consumer cellular) from Target and went in on Tuesday June 1st due to some issues she was having with it charging. Her phone likely needed a soft reset since it was brand new but instead, the person that helped her (who had the personality of a rock) kept shrugging and telling her she didn’t know what was wrong with it. Instead of trying a soft reset and restarting her phone and she did a factory reset and WIPED ALL of her photos without ever asking if they were backed up to the cloud or even checking the cloud.
Now I don’t work in a cell phone store but this would be the FIRST question I’d ask (before completely wiping someone’s phone all of their photos, memories, photos of friends that have passed away, etc,) is; “Lets make sure your photos are backed up to the cloud otherwise they will be erased permanently. ” But that was never explained. They whisked the phone away and handed it to her with nothing on it. No contracts, pictures, everything gone. My grandma wanted to cry. She was confused as to how this could happen without her permission.
The lady working for Target with long nails simply shrugs her shoulders and says “I don’t know, try going to Best Buy. ” Really? ! Way to be accountable for your actions!

My husband checked it out to see if HE could recover what was lost. We wish she would’ve asked before taking her phone to Target but she didn’t want to “bother” us. He said it just needed a soft reset but now everything is gone and cannot be recovered. Her photos weren’t set up to sync with the cloud so he set that up for her, going forward but when he told her that he couldn’t recover all her memories she started crying. He couldn’t bare to see her like that. All because someone at Target was careless and probably thought “oh she’s just old and doesn’t know any better, she wouldn’t care about her photos. ” Newsflash! No matter your age, our photos and text messages are our memories and sometimes all we have left of someone. This is completely unacceptable and this person shouldn’t have a job in any tech capacity if they are truly this careless. Please move this person to another department where they are not taking advantage of elderly people or touching other’s personal belongings! I’m SO disgusted and disappointed.

Went here to use the restroom and three out of five of the stalls had Pee on the toilet seats. And one of the toilet's had not been flushed. Also the stall doors didn't close right.

Target is always clean and well organized. The customer service is phenomenal. I no longer shop at Walmart since I’ve started my target runs for about a year and a half now. Super convenient options for shopping as well. I love target.

I am very frustrated.i called to check the availability of an item and when i finished, the person helping me said they would check, and then just hung up.i assumed it was an accident and called back, but the same person just hung up on me again.very rude & unnecessary.

So you just let a parade of anti maskers March through your store and security does nothing? Way to go on making your paying customers feel safe in your stores during a global pandemic.

Pretty nice store, but have seen some sketchy things here - especially in the parking lot. At night, I always hurry into the store.

Don't trust on line system to tell you items in stock.suggest you call to verify before driving to store. It will save you being annoyed/frustrated.

Item was supposedly in store but upon arrival advised the item I was looking to purchase had been out of stock for 2 weeks. Made the employee who also looked it up and tried to help me find it look like a fool and embarrassed for the store, and I was simply frustrated with the waste of time.found the item at a competing store.

Clean and organized store. Everything is easy to find. Employees are helpful and friendly. Only downside of the Target is the location, many transients go to the restroom there and wash up. Hopefully Management has taken action in that area.

My kids love target specially the toys they offered exclusively release that cant find in any place, the staff are always ready to assist you.the stock display is always full.always love target shooping

Most people love shopping here as they have really nice choices of products. The items are all in really good conditions especially their furniture and everything for your house needs. The place is huge and has lots of spaces for many people to stroll around. I went to buy a center table but been to lots of stores before I finally found the perfect table to buy here.

The store was very dirty the snack bar and Starbucks and also the bathrooms. The store was not very busy so I don't know why it was so dirty.

Of all the stores I have visited, I truly love the atmosphere this place has to offer. The place is so clean and very cozy from the outside to the inside. The items are well arranged and you can't see any messy part of this store, every corner are so neat and clean. The staffs are very nice and always there to assist. Truly a nice place for shopping.

I always enjoy hanging around in this place with my friends or even family. The place is quite big so you'll find it difficult to stroll around in just an hour or two. You might need some time to get familiarized with their setup even though their products are well arranged. I always end up visiting the clothes section in this store and always ended up buying some clothes for my self.

Customer service is laughable. They argued about a price difference of $2.00 on an item on clearance, didn't believe me, didn't offer to go check, I finally went and grabbed one with a clearance tag, at which point they refused to acknowledge they were wrong or apologize.

This store needs to change their rude staff, like the lady from the beauty section, she was very rude to me today, very unprofessional and disrespectful.

The place is so nice and very wide including their parking lot so you will find it very easy to find a space to park your car. Everything inside is very well arranged that you will find what you are looking for easily. The people around are very nice and knows to find every item you are looking for. I always had a great time every time I get to visit this place.
