Target, Phoenix AZ

Order was ready within the time frame promised, and all items were in good condition. Not only that, I wanted to find some serving trays that were listed as in stock. The young gentlemen that assisted me was obviously in the middle of something, but dropped what he was doing to help me find every last tray. He went in back and looked through the clearance area and came back with ten trays for me. I'm a raving fan of the above and beyond customer service in both the pick up and in store order departments!

Brady was so kind and amazing! I bought a dresser that was too heavy for me to lift so he brought a cart and put it in my car himself. Thank you Brady!

I love that Target has majority of everything I need. This store is a step up and offers class with beauty. The quality of all the products are great and I never have a complaint about what I buy.

I picked up a new bike today and was helped out by a super friendly associate named Crystal. I looked all over online for this specific bike and appreciate her holding it for me until I was able to pick it up. Brennan was another very helpful associate; he got the bike into my small car and I appreciated his help and positive attitude. Highly recommend this location as it is clean and has employees going above and beyond!

Went to target after a long day at work to pick up some cosmetics and groceries. Everything was mostly easy to find (except the face cream I wanted but a nearby employee was able to assist me and she knew Exactly where it was) after about 30 minutes of filling my cart I noticed I was a bit short on time and needed to get home to make dinner so I quickly went to pay (absolutely no line in self checkout) and grabbed my bags and rushed out to my car. After unpacking and unwinding at home I noticed I forgot one of my bags and called the store. The longest wait was waiting for the automated system to finish talking before I could be transfered accordingly. I was greeted by friendly woman named Hailey and after explaining to her that I left my bag and named said items she said that they had already put it in their book and she put away the cold items so they wouldn't spoil and explained exactly how to go about getting my items back the next time I'm there (which wouldn't be till the next day.) I Love shopping here and honestly it's worth the little extra you pay in some items. Arcadiaa Target can't be beat!

I visited this Target on 7/29/2020 to pick up pull-ups for my special needs son. I was able to find everything I was looking for besides Borax. The store recently got re-arranged and I am getting used to it, maybe I overlooked it. The check out was smooth with social distancing. Pleasant visit to Target.

I had to shop today for items for a friend in a rehab recovering from a horrific automobile crash. I was in the Men's department and had a question regarding size. Melissa came to help me. It was like having my own personal shopper. We went from one item to the next on my list until I had all 7 items in my basket. She then checked me out. I was home so quickly that my wife asked if I wasn't going shopping. That is my idea of customer service and we need much more of it.

Service was fast and accurate, The staff were polite and helped me right away she also answered all of my annoying questions and even offered to help me look for the additional items I needed to purchased

Who would not want to stroll around a store when all you can see are nice things that you may want to buy, that's how amazing target stores are. The cleanliness that I truly like, the professionalism their staffs are showing, the huge park that will make your parking time hassle free, and all the things this store has to offer, I am loving them all.

Their price matching is terrible and a real waste of time. Shop online or maybe walmart if you want the better prices. Shop here if you wanna pay more and get less. Also their bathrooms are disgusting and no better than Walmart anyways so really what's the point of shopping at target anymore.

I love all Targets and especially this one because it's close to my house. But it's a great location. They have lots of sales. The only bad thing about this place is that the area traffic gets pretty bad.not I the parking lot but the main streets it's on so it might take a bit to get in the lot or out the lot.

Had to hunt down a worker. Looking for decent dress clothes, basically nothing here. Don't even think about it if you're over Large size.

The first place to gov me credit. The quickest lines. The most helpful staff. I go 10 miles from my home Target to go to this one

Very clean store and easily found everything I was looking for. They also had a very nice and affordable Halloween costume selection. We went to the Spirit Store right after and the same costumes were cheaper at Target.

All the sales associates were friendly and super helpful. Thanks again for all the help with my scavenger hunt.

I do not like the new design inside. It is very confusing to maneuver a cart through the maze in some areas.

My boyfriend absolutely loves this Target location because of all the young people that go here. I love it because it's convenient to our location! I'm a fan and their Target ice cream is sooooo good! Especially when you get the 2 for $5 deals!
