Target, Phoenix AZ

Went in and of course only self-checkout was open. I asked the self-checkout employee for assistance and he sold me a gift card with no money on it. How embarrassing and inconvenient Don't shop here

Target is one of, If not my favorite store. But today at this location I had horrible customer service. I went to the return/exchange counter and was helped by a women who was so rude. I wanted to do a return so I gave her my item, advised her I wanted to exchange as I started placing my new items on the counter. She rudely gave me a target giftcard with my refund and told me I needed to go to another register to check my new items out. I’d understand if there was a huge line behind me but there wasn’t. No one as a matter of fact was behind me, so I don’t understand as to why she couldn’t be courteous and cash me out. It wasn’t necessary her actions but more so the unfriendliness.

This is the closest target to my work. Went on my lunch break to grab a phone case for my new phone. 1st everything is locked up. No one was in the electronics department. I used the pager they have for employee. I waited 5 min. That’s fine. One employee was leaving she said someone would be by to help shortly. Another 5 min an employee comes by but goes and helps another lady they just came over. I ask for help he tells me someone will be there soon. Another 5 minutes another employee comes by I ask for his help he says he’s on lunch he will get someone. I’m on my lunch too. He then comes back out and unlocks the case because they didn’t have the phone case for my phone but was going to buy headphones. I get the the register and it’s not the marked price. I wait for an associate to come over and he tells me it’s the wrong color. Ok you guys aren’t that busy. Get your act together. I waisted 15 min of my lunch standing and waiting for help and walked out empty handed

These five stars dedicated dedicated to the gentleman named Derrick who was kind enough to step in and help me when another employee was incredibly rude and refused to help with a return because they were getting close go closing time.

I had a delivery set up from this store they lady didn’t pay attention to the address and delivered to the wrong door and the people said they didn’t have it. I called target and they are supposed to issue me a refund 10 days ago that I have not received. I would never do an online order from this store. I’ve already called them twice about my refund. I guess I’m gonna have to call them again.

Terrible experience! I had a cart full of essentials and when I went to check out, there was
NOT ONE cashier! There was a long line at the self checkout, which I refuse to use. I DON'T WORK FOR TARGET! There was only one person to help at the self checkout, and even she had some problems scanning my items. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TARGET AGAIN!

Don't plan on buying electronics here. Unless you have at least 30 mins to burn waiting, looking for help

I did an online order for drive up pick up on my Target app, I received confirmation my order was ready. I followed the directions on the app to notify the attendance that I was here, and I sat and watched them fill car after car of orders, but no one came to my car until 40 minutes after I sat waiting. I tried to call the store two times and was hung up on. Finally the attendant came to my car and only had one order ready dropped off that order and said she would be back to bring the rest let's see how long it takes.

When I first saw that they were putting a Target in this space, I was so excited since it would be the closest Target to me, but since it's been open, it's been nothing but disappointing. Every time I go to this location and leave empty handed, I ask myself why I continue to try this location. It's probably about half the size (maybe even smaller) of a normal Target, so they are much more limited in what they have in stock in all departments, and they almost never have what I'm looking for.

In response to violent right-wing threats, the cowardly managers at this Target kowtowed to their demands and removed their Pride display from the storefront.

Do NOT shop here. They endorse homophobia and anti-queer violence. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Other stores and businesses should take a lesson from Target on how to treat people and help those in its communities. Their loss prevention crew has their work cut out for them, considering the amount of people stealing on a daily basis just to survive, but they still manage to have a heart and try to offer assistance and resources instead of just criminalizing people who are likely at their lowest and think that "boosting" is the only option they have. Thank you Target for trying to help those in need and not look down your nose at them. You have my loyal business!

This target had a zone perfect bar that I could not get. They had it in stock and customer service set it aside so it was ready when I arrived. I grabbed a two more items and was able to do a quick check out at customer service. The staff was very helpful making it worth my time driving 20 minutes out of my way. Thank you!

No registers open on a Friday afternoon. Everyone had to go to self checkout, half of which didn’t take cash. I know places are trying to save money or cut labor costs but how is this acceptable?

I am giving them two stars because the staff is awesome and the store is nice inside. But if you are a bigger girl I recommend you go elsewhere. No plus size clothes here. They said it’s because they are a boutique target so they don’t have room for fat girls. #crushed

I like this location they had my PlayStation five and I also got the two-year protection plan for my PlayStation five thank you target store. I love how you are so friendly and very nice that you give me a PlayStation five I tried to go to Best Buy on 20th St.in Camelback which they wanted me to put all my money down for the PlayStation five and I would have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks to a month to get my PlayStation five at Best Buy. Thank God I went to my local target store on 16th St.and camelback thank you target store for helping me right away and allowing me to actually take home my PlayStation five when I purchased it over there Thank you I definitely am very happy I would give you all the highest rating. Thank you for getting me a big smile on my face thank you target store on 16th St.and camelback. I definitely highly recommend this store on 16th St.in Camelback target store if you’re looking for a PlayStation five, they do have them in stock, a lot of them
