The store needs to invest in more modern in store mobility scooters where the battery doesn't quit halfway through your shopping experience, leaving you stranded in the middle of the store.

ARMED security and minimal cashiers makes this place feel extremely unsafe. Too many automated self checkouts and 1 team member to #10 self check outs is irresponsible of target. Target do better, bring back cashiers. Make the target shopping experience great again!

I was in a hurry and used the pick-up option the other day at Target. Wow. I was so happy with how fast the items were ready and how friendly the staff was. I love this store already, but this was one more reason I will continue to shop here.

Generally good prices with fine deals and return policies. The staff is friendly when you need some help, but they unfortunately no longer come over and ask if you need any help. I enjoyed them asking since otherwise they seem busy with their tasks or talking to each other about random things and I sometimes feel bad asking for anything.

They're remodeling this store so a lot of things have moved around this past year. There's still areas that need to be completed, but the overall aesthetic is looking good. The floors though give a dark gray warehouse vibe which is not good compared to the white floors they had before.

The main thing I don't like is the super security people now roaming around this store. These guys have bullet proof vests, guns, and a ton of tactical gear. As a casual shopper, it's very intimidating and makes me feel unsafe. It makes the shopping experience feel like I should be fearful that a shootout could happen at any moment. At closing time, these guys go around and tell people to leave the store which is also intimidating. I don't want them talking to me and making me fear for my life just because I'm a minute past closing.

I'd give this store 5 stars if their employees would ask if I needed help from time to time and if they got rid of these crazy aggressive-looking security people.

Great store and they have very good inventory. The employees are so friendly and laid back which makes me feel comfortable because I have extreme social anxiety disorder. Any way I'm a return customer because target is an all around great store.

I echo the sentiment of other shoppers, this is a very disappointing store, and it feels somehow worse than how Walmart treats its customers. Overly paranoid security that likes to follow you around - Check.barely any product because they can't seem to decide how they want to structure their store. Check.jaded employees from overtime and very little pay - check.

At this rate it seems that every store just insists on treating people like criminals before they even enter the place.

Love how they hire private security that’s cosplaying like middle aged military rejects who film the underprivileged and then laugh together with target associates about “bringing her down”.
This may not be a “target” thing, but THIS location has no problem with it.

Gross. You’re gross for employing them, the employees in target that laughed and treated these guys like heroes are gross and I won’t come back.

Be better.

The BEST grocery store! They have everything I need at better prices than other stores. Very clean and well stocked and organized. Recently they increased the grocery area, and it’s even better! Plus if you need more than groceries, it’s easy to get stuff, & it’s a Super Target, so lots of stuff.

This store is absolutely GIANT. Like wow. You'll get your exercise in here for sure. Location is questionable though, hence the need for security guards at the entrance.

You win target, your impossible to navigate labyrinth of a store has bested me. I walked out empty handed and will never be back

I had called in to run a dpci - she sounded very annoyed. Told me to call back tomorrow or come to the store - really? !
-So, I called back 10 minutes later and got WONDERFUL assistance from Taylor. The associate in the dept was able to pull the items to have them waiting at customer service for me, when I arrived.
-upon arrival Fernanda was back at the service counter, I asked for my items. She figured out it was me from the phone call due to the items AND STATED "I told you to call or come TOMORROW" while rolling her eyes! The body language was present also.
-she aggressively slammed my items across the counter, damaging the packaging. I left the store without purchasing. Very disappointed, calling every target in town to find this and Fernandas attitude totally ruined this.
-collectibles and items meant as gifts/presents FLY off the shelf almost as soon as they are stocked. Once damaged, they are not a collectible anymore. It does make a difference to the customer/collector.
PLEASE Coach and council Fernanda to help her become a better customer service representative.

It’s the best TarGay in Tucson that I know of but it needs work, like the mall cops cause it does help keep the trouble somewhat in line, I would like a store that didn’t need that tho.

Always go to the Starbucks and it’s nice besides the last time I went the worker was just having a bad attitude because she was tired and wanted to go home which she made very loud and clear.

Hands down the best Super Target in ALL of AZ - and I'm from St. Louis!

Best Target ever. Make the sacrifice, spend the extra $20, burn the extra gallon- do whatever it takes to make this location your GO-TO!

Don't use their curbside pickup. It doesn't work. I drove all the way there waited.had to call a phone number it rang 33 times before it was answered. When I look in the sack that they brought to my car the primary item that I ordered was not there. I was told "they couldn't find it. "
