Target Optical, Gilbert AZ

My experience with This Target Optical was amazing! They were there for me when I really needed them they got me in took care of my eye issue! I highly recommend them the staff and the Doctor are so helpful and super nice!

While my wait was very long passed my appointment time (45 minutes), Dr. Lucce was amazing and so helpful. She noticed things with my eyesight that no optometrist has ever noticed. Definitely will be back only to see her!

Dr. Luce was very informative and thorough with my eye exam. Tyson Dean who helped me with my new lens and frames was extremely helpful and professional.

They are just wonderful wonderful! Going to have my mom come there. Brian and doctor t are great! So nice and competent.

Dr Riley is great. He is heads above other eye doctors. My children like him too. Front staff was very helpful and nice. No complaints. Will keep returning.

I still don't have my glasses yet but coming in and meeting Brian he went out of his way to more than satisfy me and so therefore we order glasses for my wife while we were there much better experience this time with Brian been my first visit hopefully I'll get my glasses soon and everything will fit right thank for your help

The eye Dr.was very friendly and the staff extremely helpful. I was able to get a same day appointment and I had glasses ordered by the end of the appointment.

From the techs to the optometrist, amazing service. Poor team is cramped into a tiny space, but that doesn't bother them! Everyone with a smile and good mood. The optometrist was personable and knowledgeable. Had a good time, looking forward to getting my glasses soon.

Dr. Luce is so great! It's been 2 years since my last eye exam but she is amazing on remembering who you are and felt like I just saw her yesterday. The visit did not take long and every one there are great on helping out and very friendly! Love coming to this optical center!

We have been going to Target Optical for 7 years. They have been great with all 3 of my daughters. They referred us to vision therapy for my daughter who at the time was 6 years old. They really worked with my daughter on learning how to begin wearing contacts at age 8 already. She is now 13 and I really love how thorough they are with all of us!

The entire staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My family and I have come here for years. Their customer service is outstanding.

Brought my 6year old daughter and was extremely impressed with the way the DR was able to communicate with my child and make her feel comfortable.

The staff really went the extra mile to ensure insurance coverage before we even came in for our appointment and Dr. Luce is great!

Highly recommend Target Optical! The staff at this location are extremely friendly and very helpful.

Dr. Luce is great but the interaction I just had with a staff member was not. Rude, short and put me hold twice, amounting to longer than I actually spoke with her. After picking out 2 sets of glasses and discussing this with staff, I find out the next day that none of this information was saved in their system which results in another trip down there to do this again. Very disappointing.

This place is a joke they billed my insurance for a contact lens exam and when I went back to order contacts they said they had no prescription and wanted me to schedule another appointment and basically pay twice

Everyone at the Target Optical at Gilbert and Germann in Gilbert were wonderful. I was greeted and taken back very quickly after my arrival. The gal that did the testing on their new awesome retina scanner was super nice and Dr. Aimee Terauchi was super nice and thorough. She really took the time to explain things to me, including carefully going over the incredibly detailed pictures taken with the retina scanner. I paid extra out of pocket for that test but because I have previous retina issues, it was reassuring and well worth it! Then the gal in the front who helped me with my glasses order was very helpful and because of problems i've had in the past with glasses, also went the extra mile to make sure I was getting what I wanted. All in all, I would recommend this optometrist office highly. Everyone there took time with me and I felt very well taken care of.

Dr Luce is amazing. She takes care of you and gives you all the time needed. Been seeing her here for 8+ years!

My son used Target Optical and was so impressed I thought I would to. The staff was friendly. The office was clean and comfortable and the Doctor was outstanding. She took her time checking my eyes and was thorough. The optical staff was amazing and accommodating. The whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this office.
