Tastea Glendale reviews
16 Haven't had the food.yet but I miss the watermelon drink and love to be forced to try others this matcha strawberry one hits the spot mostly because I get really bad cramps and Green tea helps minimize
So heads up ladies hugs all! Enjoy
Service is BAD! The works are so unfriendly. When i come here i easly buy 4 drinks or more.
They NEVER put my drinks in a carrier or even say thank you. They put ur drinks out and walk away. Im constantly standing there asking for a carrier and straws.
Drinks are AMAZINGLY delicious tho!
Very positive first impression. Atmosphere was great, pricing was pretty good, and the PeachMe SweetTea that I ordered was very tasty.
They also didn't put very much ice in which mean you got more drink for your money, and who doesn't love that, right?
10/10 would go again.
Went here for the Ateez Night Market Event, and I was impressed. I ordered the strawberry boba and it was delicious with the tapioca pearls, there was real strawberry pieces and it was not too sweet and it was very refreshing! I ordered 3 drinks + some churro bits and my total came out to 26$ which is a great price! The atmosphere was welcoming and nice, I would recommend and will come back!
Always happy to find a Tastea. Didn't think I'd find one here in Arizona. Got the watermelon heaven as usual. Tasted good.
I can say my family and I enjoy our drinks from here we even order delivery at times. It is true that some days the drinks are tastier than others, but I try not to judge on a bad day. We are humans we are not perfect, over all it’s more the times we enjoy our drinks so I am rating 5 stars. Keep up the good work, so we can keep enjoying our drinks and snacks.
How does $6.39 a small drink place function with NO napkins! Poor management. Dollar tree is literally in the same plaza. Ridiculous. The drink is not worth the price. Loaded with takijin. Nothing fresh.
I want to love this place cause their drinks taste good but I should've listened to the review. Bad customer service and the dude that help us had a horrible attitude.
I love coming to this location because its literally the only boba shop I've encountered so far that carries Honey Boba.
But lately the service here has been terrible. The past 3 times I've come in there's been entirely different employees. Turnover is high because their attitudes aren't fit for customer service, I presume.
In my visit today, they were laughing, saying how terrible my drink must taste- WHILE i was sitting there waiting for it to be prepared. Got up, grabbed my drink looked the lady in the eyes to non-verbally say "i heard you, not cool", and she had to bite her cheek to stop from laughing. All it was was a Tiger Milk Tea with some honey boba.
I honestly would like to see some older employees at this location rather than only highschool kids. And that says a lot considering I'm part of their generation.
Always fast service, workers are always friendly! Love the taro drink and buttload’a fries!
One of my favorite boba spots in the West Valley! I love how big the drinks are and that you can mobile order. I usually go for the horchata or chamango ones. Yum!
Always fast and perfectly made. After my most recent visit, I dropped an entire drink by accident, returned to the shop, and they were nice enough to replace it for me.
Couldn't recommend Tastea enough for their high quality drinks and equally high quality service.
I am lactose intolerant and don’t typically have many options but they have a lot of great selections for me to choose from. Their matcha selection is definitely something to explore. Their boba is soft, tasty, chewy, and fresh, not leathery and difficult to chew.
It all depends on what you order. Their customer service is horrible. My tigers milk drink had old crème in it and the employee stated “that’s how it’s suppose to be, I’ve worked here 4 years and I know what it’s suppose to look like”. Tell me, what kind of customer service is that? I sure hope we do not get sick from it! I use to love this place and a lot of the drinks are really good, but I’ll never go back again after this.
I was very disappointed in the buttload'a fries. I was very excited about trying them, and even budgeted the calories into my daily meal plan.
They did not taste like fries at all. It tasted more like greasy fried batter of some sort. I tried maybe two, then put them in the trash. I felt so wasteful, but the texture and amount of grease was not fit for consumption, otherwise I would have given them away.
My friend ordered a strawberry smoothie and absolutely loved it, and the staff was very understanding when my other friend wanted a sugar free option for coffee. In short, the drinks were great, but my $6 fries were gross.
Nice little tea shop. I ordered a small Peach Me Sweetea with Stevia. Oh my goodness! What a treat for the palate! The small bits of fruit incorporated into the drink explain the big straw. I should have gotten the large! Lol. It was delicious and worth the price, to say the least.
The staff were not at friendly as they could have been, but they were young and it was a Sunday so I won't dwell on it. The drink definitely makes up for it.
There is inside seating if you choose. Lots of parking. Accessible parking and entrance.
