I called multiple times to Tatum Place even left a voicemail, emailed them numerous times. They refuse to respond back (They have terrible communication). My only choice was to email corporate and still haven't received a response. Even had my sister go to their office and they said they will give us a call back. They never did. I have rented multiple times and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a complex customer service. I moved out back in December and they decided to book the remainder of my deposit to damages. Which is ridiculous, we had the unit professionally cleaned and cleaned ourselves. We had no damages done to the unit, we took very good care of. It is coincidental they the damages was the exact amount of the remainder of the deposit. While living there we consistently had problems with maintenance to the point one time the upstairs neighbor overfilled their bathtub and leaked through our ceiling and they came days later and said "oh it's fine it will dry up". Didn't even try to fix the ceiling. After new management the customer service just got worse.

Its clean, quiet and homey. I lived across the street for 4 years and Tatum Place has been a breath of fresh air in comparison for me and my two little ones.

Maintenance was quick to help the only time I've needed them and the office has been so friendly and helpful since I've moved in. If I can't reach them by phone there is always a smiling face in the office that helps

New management recently took over here and this place has gone downhill quickly. I have been here 2 years and cannot wait to move out. They have started injecting themselves into our lives here to control every little thing, such as what's allowed on our private balconies - including time frames for when we're allowed to hang holiday decorations, or having lights up. They left the parking gate open and cars were ticketed and towed straight out of a private parking lot, where we're supposed to feel safe. Still having water issues all the time. Feels a lot less welcoming than it did before. Can't wait for the lease to be up so we can leave.

The management Jessica and Michael are so pleasant to deal with - I have lived at many apts and they have been very attentive and commutative - when I had any issues Jessica was always quick to go above and beyond. The property has never been cleaner since they took over. I signed my lease for another year because I am happy here.

Property Manager Jessica addressed all the issues very gracefully and did everything to help for any issues that happened during the stay.
So overall good maintenance and nice pool and location is good.

Good community. Taylour is amazing and was super helpful during the move in process and even before that giving us detailed information on pricing and move in date possibility. She was super helpful in communicating the status of everything especially because I was moving from out of state.

For a year and a half I have lived with my husband in this apartment complex and we are both very happy with the attention of the staff in the administration with Paulette and Taylor is EXCELLENT! With great Professionalism and VIP Service. Everything we have needed or requested has been done in a timely manner. Thank you so much!
Our completely remodeled apartment, the location and security are exceptional.
We highly recommend this complex!

I have been living at Tatum for almost a year and we love the community, pool, & workout facility! The maintenace guys, Kris & Heath are super helpful and quick to respond when needed.great location, would recommend.

Very small community.that’s ok but car parking is so far from room.there have no playground for childrens no dog park.lots of problems water shutout. Bad experience.

I've lived here for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! Everyone from the residents, maintenance and management team are amazing. Taylour and Polet are so sweet and quick to help with anything you need! My favorite thing living here is that I feel safe in this community and I'd definitely recommend living here to anyone!

I had been living here since 2 years, and apart from minute issues (which I’m sure resides in any place U stay), I have never faced any serious issues here. The management is good and also the workers who strive to resolve any issues (especially the Emergency ones) very aptly and quickly. Richy and his partner Art both of them are very hardworking and attend to any emergency calls ASAP. Just, I feel, what lacks here is a community center (which is currently expanded to a bigger Gym) and a small play area for the kids. Rest everything is noteworthy and well-maintained. Thanks!

Why is this place advertised as being in Scottsdale AZ, when it is clearly 3 miles west of the Scottsdale city limits

Megan Billingsley - Asset manager. Not showing any respect. She used words during our conversation are very threatening. “Horrible”, “I am going to call the police”, “I am going to send your account balances to collections. I moved out tatum place apartments recently after 4 long years of stay. My recent stay is 1st newly renovated apartment under Rockwell management and they promised to add smart lock. They never did that. They renovation are poorly done. Closet door and Shelving broke and fell two times. Fortunately kids were not around. They never patched some wall holes after fix. The appliances provided were very low grade and cook range oven broke in few months. There is wall damage done outside by construction guys. Water issue at least once in a month. With all these mess, I stayed just for an year in renovated house and praised by neighbors friends for maintaining house neatly. For the effort we put in maintaining the house very neat, the word we got from Megan Billingsly is “horrible” and with heavy fine. I asked proof for damage done and she didn’t share the valid proof. They added penalty for the damages done by construction. They closed my account within a week after new Tenant moved to the unit. I don’t have credentials to check my refund. I only called the office and check the move out statement.she gave just 2 days of time after we spoke and she sent my balances to the collections. I asked her to show the proof for complete unit painting and she never shared the proof. This management wants to make money no matter what even during difficult times. Beware!

Megan is the new manager and she inherited quite a mess. Since taking over she has made huge strides to make Tatum place a very enjoyable community. She’s prompt, courteous and professional. Tatum place is now a great place to live and truly has a sense of community that is an intangible that most apt complexes do not offer. 10/10 would recommend. Great neighborhood and very well oiled machine in terms of professionalism and overall vibes. Move in while you can!

Have been living here for over a year, the new renovations have changed the property for the better! We have since got a new Gym, BBQ, and a few other things. Thank you for improving the community for the better! So happy the water is not shut off anymore, this was a huge issue thy fixed.
