2 Guy came to replace a pipe under my sink. Only arrived five minutes before appt window was up. Came in, said the "supply store" for said hose was closed, left. He said he would be back tomorrow.
I called the main number the next day because no time was given. Brooke told me the guy was new and should have told me that we had to be rescheduled and he was supposed to alert us before showing up. We settled on Monday between 8-11 which I already was not happy about.
Today the 8-11 window came and went. I went to sleep because I work nights and couldn't stay up anymore. I get a text at 12: 12 saying they can't come because they don't have the part and will need to reschedule. At 12: 24 I get another message saying oops nvm that was incorrect. They're coming today! The guys came at 1: 30 pm. -_- People have jobs. Please be so SERIOUS!
Great Company! Devon was very knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything as he went along. Was very surprised to see how low my final bill was. No hidden costs. They tell you what's going on straight up front. No surprises. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them highly!
