Teach & Care, Mesa AZ

I have been taking my kids here for a while now and they absolutely love it. The staff and owners are super nice and caring. They treat my kids as if they were their own. I trust them entirely and would not take them any where else. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a good day care.

My low rating is mainly because of the administration. The teachers are nice and the place is clean, but the manager is very passive aggressive and has an attitude. When we complained about her and the way she spoke to my husband the owners took her side. I understand there are parents that honestly just try to get people in trouble but we were genuinely just upset that she could get away with her attitude.
She constantly complained about my son being a pain and crying all day but when we asked the teacher of the class she would say the opposite and claim he was well behaved.
The final straw was when the owner gave my son’s spot away. He didn’t go in for a week because we were on vacation but a note was written that he would be coming back.
The owner claimed she saw that his attendance had dropped and gave his spot away but didn’t see the note written right next to that.
She called me the day before I was supposed to bring him in leaving me with no childcare.
I had to work the very next morning and I told her so, either way she didn’t care and left me with no childcare.
Point being this establishment is very unprofessional and I should have paid attention to the low rating.
