Teacup Boba, Litchfield Park AZ

Ordered 4 boba drinks and everyone enjoyed them. Staff was really friendly (and patient while my kids picked a drink). Definitely will be back soon!

In June the guy behind the counter was nice enough to combine my three different Punch cards into 1. Today the new owner has no longer take Punch cards and confiscated it with no value. $6 coffee you could find anywhere else.

I order on line it said it would be ready in 10 mins. I waited a few mins longer because a Vietnamese pour over takes some time. When I arrive my order is not ready hasn’t even been started. 20 mins later my drinks are ready, except I asked for no ice so I can drink in the morning because I have to be up at 3: 30am. The girl added ice. After the girl hands it to me she asks “oh do you want boba?) No I didn’t and I didn’t want ice either. Horrible service from the young girl and even though I love the coffee I will not return!

Stopped in with my nephews for a drink it was my first time at this location! Emma was an excellent employee! Her customer service was amazing I asked her for some suggestions on different drinks and she was more then friendly to let me know what she recommended! The drinks were delicious! Will defiantly be back!

Was told no blended drinks and wasn’t even closed yet? I always come at that same time and never seen this red hair girl. Music was so loud I couldn’t hear her, rude, and wore very revealing clothes. So I decided on the sunrise since it looked pretty promising. Not only did not have fruit in it but didn’t have boba after I paid for it and looked nothing like the picture. So I asked if it was the sunrise and she said “you asked for the sunset”. I told her I said sunrise because of the fruit. Said she couldn’t hear me? I don’t doubt it since the music was so loud. This place is a joke. I don’t even know if I want to waste my time here again.

Used to be best boba in az. Management changed and they have been rude or gotten my order wrong the last few times I've been in there. I asked for something I have gotten atleast 10 times before and the rude lady helping me gave me attitude while I wasn't being remotely rude. How far this place has fallen.

This use to be my favorite place to get boba, unfortunately the last couple times I bought drinks are just nasty. After coming here over a year will definitely take my business somewhere else.

We love going here for our Boba fix! The Thai Iced tea is delicious. We’ve been going here for the last 3 years and their drinks never disappoint. We also love the fact they have games you can play and a foosball table as well. It’s a big hit with my kids! The bubble waffle is amazing as well. Thank you so much 5 Star all the way. We will be back soon.

Super cute place. Great atmosphere and plenty of comfy seating. Their drinks and Boba's are endless, with so many creative concoctions. So good!

Original tapioca Boba was all right, the tapioca Boba at Bosa donuts is better. Other than that the drink was good and it’s pretty cool chill place.

Place was super cute, but was very disappointed by how my drinks were made. The drinks seemed rushly made and looked completely differnt from what pictures advertised. Had asked for a piña colada and received a drink that only tasted like coconut. Then we asked for our drink to be fixed and the taste was very good and actually tasted like pineapple. In the pictures it showes before and after. The left photo is after they fixed the pina colada, right photo is what I was originally given.
I also ordered a pink milk strawberry with boba, which came out nothing like what the picture looked like. The drink did not have any strawberry flavor or boba. Was very disappointed by these employees work.

I came here last night 5 mins before they closed. The door was still unlocked which thank you very much. I ordered two Tiger milk teas and the flavor was so rich! I’m a huge boba fan & the drink & tapioca boba was just amazing. My #1 spot now. Employees were nice, a lot of seating, & a nice hip atmosphere.

Made me wait 45 minutes before telling me that they couldn’t make my drink because they ran out of boba

The staff was lovely, the drinks were amazing, it’s so clean and the vibes are immaculate. Highly recommend this place!

Good unsweetened matcha latte! A lot of boba tea places don’t have unsweetened options, but they do here and the matcha was really good with oatmilk. They also have a full coffee bar and tons of boba tea options that looked yummy.

Disappointed. Came here for the first time and the last. I ordered a matcha latte with boba. They made it. Served it to me and said “here you go.oh I forgot we are out of boba”. Basically, I paid for a drink I never received.worst $8 bucks I’ve ever spent

This is the second time we tried this place, thought maybe the first time was a fluke. But unfortunately it seems to be the norm. The girl working has a bralette on working with her long hair all down. Super unprofessional and the drinks were just not made well… I want to like this place but maybe if I was the owner I’d change up my staff and re do the menu.
