T.E.A.M. 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy - Avondale

My son has been going to TEAM 4 Kids for a couple of months now. Since starting he’s been working with PT-Alyssa several times per week. She is very knowledgeable using different techniques to help him meet his goals. Recently we’ve added OT- Taylor for joint sessions. Their collaboration has benefited his progress. We look forward to continuing to work with both therapists.

Jaqualine was very sweet and patient. I’m looking forward to meeting the rest of the staff.

My 2 kids 10 and 8 year old love going to therapy. The staff is so helpful and the therapist do an amazing job.

Wish I could give them a better review. When I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist gave me one date and entered in there system a different date so we missed the appointment and now we’re being billed $50 and getting blamed because I bypassed the confirmation text for the wrong date me thinking it was just a confirmation for the date given over the phone. Very unprofessional from the front desk. She said her supervisor blamed me for bypassing the text confirmation that I was expecting for it to be for the date I was told over the phone. Very unprofessional

Katie was such a help when trying to get my son seen. We’re looking forward to meeting the staff there

Caitlin is such an amazing speech therapist. She’s very caring, patient and loving. My son has progressed so much since he’s been coming here for speech therapy. I highly recommend team 4 kids!

The staff here is absolutely amazing and care about the kids! The front desk staff is always so friendly and works with your schedule very well! Every therapist my son has seen has been very patient and involved with my kiddo. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Had the initial phone call with Kennedi and she was so personable and kind. Apts are set a bit far out so I havent actually worked with the team yet but the initial contact was very pleasant and made me feel good about them as a provider, especially with Kennedi's customer service! Will update after some time but so far 5 starts!

Alyssa had been amazing as a feeding therapist for my daughter. In the short time we’ve been there she’s already made great progress. I like the way Alyssa interacts with her and also remember things about her personality and preferences. There is more to feeding therapy than I realized, she’s talked about watching her bite and the way her tongue moves, also with things I’ve never thought of about size of foods or combinations of textures. It’s not a coincidence that this is working! I was very desperate to get my daughter to eat balanced meals before we started here and it feels within reach now.

I really love Team4Kids! My son has been going there for sessions for 14 months now, and hes met 4 therapists who give him the time and patience he needed. He has improved so much with PT and OT and you can definitely notice it in his confidence. With little patience over time, he now runs to his sessions with Ms Taylor. Thanks to Ms Alyssa, Mr Steve, and Ms Nicole, Marci is where he needs to be in this physical development. I was initially concerned and nervous for these sessions for him. But the staff and programs are amazing! Thank you guys always!

Team 4 kids is AMAZING! Thank you everyone for everything you do! Thank you Ms. Taylor for being so patient with Giovanni. I can’t definitely see so much growth from him from the time he started until now! Thank you all for everything you do for our kids!

I just walked in for information, Alayna was extremely helpful and friendly. Intake was easy and the communication is excellent.

My son has been attending Team4Kids for Feeding, Speech and Occupational Therapies and I have seen a lot of improvement and development! I am extremely happy with his 3 therapists Mr Kyle, Ms Taylor & Ms Gaby! They are awesome and my baby is always happy to see them …all 3 of them are always so happy, positive, patient, understanding, trustworthy and encouraging along with the other therapists my baby has had for rescheduled appointments. Admin ladies are also so kind and helpful! This company over all has amazing qualities and def a great and safe place for our little ones to get the help they need! I highly recommend this facility!

My little baby loves this, I see he got developed. The staff are so nice, the therapist are very cooperative.

So far we have only had a phone conversation with Kennedi from the Avondale location set my boys up for speech therapy but it has been a pleasure working with team 4 kids so far
