Awesome customer service! Robert looked out for me and only recommended what we needed. I would have gone with 5 stars if they would have given it a quick wash before giving it back. Little things like that set support apart from the other guys.

It was nice to have a no-pressure and honest person helping me browse there at Jeeps. Matt was very mature and knowledgeable, and I think i won't be afraid to go to dealerships anymore.

In for my 2nd oil change and tire rotation earlier this week. Was checked in promptly, then Marty greeted me shortly after I sat down inside and texted me a few minutes later to let him know if I needed anything. My car was ready less than 30 minutes later, much quicker than expected.
I hope all the Express Lane Advisors measure up to Marty!
Exceptional Customer Service all around!

While I wouldn't call my service truly exceptional, it was what I expect from a car dealer - the work was done quickly & efficiently. I've dealt with 3 other Chrysler dealers in the last 1.5 years & I won't use them again.
No customer service communication errors & no excuses with Tempe.

We just purchased a 2017 Certified Pre-Owned Kia Sedona and we love it! The process to buy was very low pressure and quick. We went in, knowing exactly what we wanted.so that helped. I have to say our sales agent, Gabriel Hamilton and the sales manager, Joe Mirelez, were also fantastic to work with. They stayed with us beyond closing time and went above and beyond to take care of any issues we had. I’m very pleased with the whole experience.

Love, love, love this dealership! We visited 3 times before making a final purchase. Every staff member we met were so friendly and knowledgeable!
We specifically worked with Emily, who was phenonomal! She was patient, kind and very attentive to our needs. We can’t wait to work with this dealership in the future. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

The car I purchased a month ago had to go in to get services for the air conditioning going out and the fuel pumps leaking gas.took 3 weeks to get my car back. Now the steering wheel is making noises and the check engine light is on spitting out codes that I got checked at auto zone saying the ECM module is no good. This is a 35k dollar car I purchased. 2012 dodge charger srt8. If the law would allow I would return the car but it doesn't work like that.

This was the least stressful vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. Trayvon Myers was our salesperson and he was great. He listened to what we had to say and got us the deal we wanted with no haggling or pressure. We came with our own financing and even the Finance Department did not pressure us into looking at their options or add-on's for the vehicle. I was VERY happy with my experience. I would highly recommend Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and specifically Trayvon to anyone.

I specifically left my vape in the drivers seat, and the technician stole it from me. I was then told there are no cameras where the technician’s work. While I was offered potential compensation, the fact that it was stolen from me in the first place makes me want to warn every consumer out there not to shop here if you are concerned about your personal belongings being stolen. The technician that stole my vape’s name is Tony.
