Visited for the second time and received the deluxe Pedi. My feet left feeling refreshed and soft.

My FIL and I come every few weeks for mani & pedis. Yen and Belle are our favorite nail techs and at this point, Belle knows what colors I want better than I do!

Lina does a superb job on my dips. The owners are kind and accommodating. Everyone does a great job, including August and Holly on the pedis. Highly recommend.

I've never made a review about a place before but I just could not stay quiet about how bad my experience here was. First off the place is not sterile or clean. At some point the nail artist doing my nails just bushed the tips onto the floor. As the other artists walked by they just kicked the tips under the furniture. But that isn't the worst thing. My nails were absolutely horrendous. All I asked for was plain white dip nails. I still can't wrap my head around how they messed up so bad. The nails were all different widths. They were all lumpy. They had a pink tint to them, caused by the powder of the red set they has taken off but never bothered to clean. ONE OF THE NAILS EVEN HAD A HAIR IN IT! Im jaw dropped by how bad they looked. Luckily I voiced that I did not like them and they were kind enough to have me not pay. (they offered to fix them but I had already been there for two hours and was late to school; And honestly I justed wanted to leave). Even if i didn't have to pay, I now still have to walk around with UGLY nails until i can go to a different salon and pay them to take them off and hopefully give me a good set.

First time here I had acrylic and then got regular mani. Not busy nice n calm and super clean and sanitized with everything which I like. Nice decor and spacey and friendly. They did really good on my nails and my moms clean and shiny.

I went in today for tips with a gel coat and a manicure. I'll start by saying my natural nails are AWFUL and my cuticles are garbage. I found an earlier picture on their reviews here that I loved.if you scroll a few images in you'll see it. I absolutely love the outcome, they're perfect. Will definitely return!

Super friendly. Very clean. Only reason not a 5 is the first night while I was asleep the Polish chipped off my big toes

Nail tech was very nice but he was not gentle with my hands. He cut me with the nail drill on multiple fingers and the skin around my nails still sting an hour after the service. He shaped the acrylics I had already decently, but the nail he had to redo because I had broken it is significantly thicker than my other nails and a bit lumpy. I paid extra for gel glitter and it was applied extremely patchily. As soon as I left I went and had my nails redone elsewhere, I could not deal with my skin taking anymore abuse by the drill to remove the gel that had just been applied. Everyone seemed very nice so this experience was extremely disappointing

Been a few times and never disappointed. Everyone there is incredible. Followed inspiration picture perfectly!

I love this place! Always go here for my gel manicures, dip powder manicures, and pedicures. They do a great job and if I get a design, those are good as well.

I come here religiously if not every 2 weeks sometimes once a month for my pedicure depending on how busy I am. I always call to make an appointment and the one time i decide to walk in they says it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait, which was and is totally fine if they didn’t make me wait an actual hour. I tried calling earlier but this is the 3rd time that I call to make an appointment and nobody answers, I leave a voicemail and nobody gets back to me. It is now 6: 30 and they close at 7 so now I know they are just going to rush my pedicure. I let this slide before at this location but for the amount that prices keep going up I’m definitely gonna have to find a new nail salon unfortunately

If you have a time crunch DO NOT waste your time going here. I was in town for a baby shower with enough time for a mani pedi and very little time to spare. I made an appointment for 2: 30, arrived on time and proceeded to watch people who walked in after me be helped before me. After 15 minutes I was assured it would be just a couple more minutes and then I waited for another 15 minutes. While sitting there getting a pedicure I witnessed a lady be seated for her pedicure 15 minutes before her appointment. The lady doing my pedicure was nice and I upgraded from a basic to the classic pedicure. The place itself did feel inviting though.

This salon is very poorly ran! Came in and was supposed to receive a pedicure, that didn't happen! Was told it would be a 15 minute wait (okay that's fine). Got seated within 10 mins and was told someone would be out shortly. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting to be seen. Even worst two people who came in after me were seated for pedicures and both were being worked on when I got up and left. When I left the salon, I saw some staff just sitting there on the other side waiting for customers. I will never come back. Very unprofessional staff!

I went Friday the 26th and the man that gave me a pedicure was amazing. He was super polite and did an absolutely fabulous job on my toes and feet. Best pedicure I've had in a very long time. I will go again.

I love Tempe Nails & Spa. I come here about once a month for the deluxe pedicure package (which is a great price and experience) The staff here is upbeat and so accommodating. Great pedicures here, and great conversations. The Spa employees are pros! Very clean and pleasant environment! This location is always well staffed so for drop ins you never have to wait long. I strongly recommend this spa.

Gentlemen, come here and get your pedicures done and enjoy the massage chairs!

We got right in. The prices were reasonable and we loved our nails! My granddaughter wanted a different design on every nail 8-) the lady was super cool about it. Will definitely return when we come to Phoenix.

I am not one for pedicures often and I hadn't planned on one last week, but I had to take my daughter to a practice at ASU and didn't want to sit in my car in the heat for 3 hours. I Googled nail places nearby and found Tempe Nails. I pulled up without an appointment and to be totally honest, judging from the outside, I considered driving off. It's not one of those big fancy places you see elsewhere. It's a simple older strip mall. But, again, I didn't want to be stuck in the heat, so I threw caution to the wind and walked in and waited about 10 mins for Yen (hope I spelled it correctly) to finish up her prior client. She was so kind and fun and we had a great conversation. She was talented and even gave me nail designs that were lovely. I live quite far from here, but I will make a point to get down there again to sew Yen and tell others about her great work.
