Tempe Town Lake

I went to the lake, looking for a place to fish, I was disappointed that you can't reach the water. It feels more like a big pond, the sides are concrete everywhere I could see. No fish jumping at sundown, it was very still. As far as anything else there, I did not go to anything else.

Tempe Town Lake is such a great place. There is a plethora of activities to do, and so many great restaurants within walking distance. I pay a small annual fee to store my kayak at the marina. It's so convenient and is an easy way to get a quick paddle in without having to load and haul my kayak somewhere. We are fortunate to have this little body of water so centrally located.

It is so beautiful to be out there as the sun is rising. Probably be better if you were on the water during the sun rise.

Today is a glorious day to be here at the lake! Light breeze and tons of gorgeous Arizona sunshine! Not really busy, parking available and boat ramp accessible. Go enjoy Christmas!
