Temperature control originally installed the a/c and have been the ones who maintain it. Dean did a fantastic job doin the maintenance and explaining everything. I can also say that everyone that has come over the years has been professional and knowledgeable. In the office Laura has been awesome with the any follow up. Thanks everyone keep up the good work.

They came out today to unclog my kitchen sink. They are so kind, friendly, efficient, and thorough. I would highly recommend them anytime. I will definitely use them again if anything else goes wrong in my home. After shopping around, they truly have really great prices. Don't overlook them if you need any of their services. All I had was a loose kitchen sink faucet. Joseph came to give a quote but ended up fixing the problem within 3 minutes. He was professional, efficient and a genuine nice guy. I would recommend him highly.

Shane performed a previous repair and did a service today. He is very knowledgeable, as the prior issue he fixed had some surprising causes, but he was able to quickly sort through and resolve. Today was a standard service with some follow-up on the repair we had discussed previously. He showed up on time, communicated what he would be doing and reviewed how things went. Very professional, as I have found all the folks from Temp Control, so plan to continue using them and a satisfied customer.

We have bi-annual inspections, filter changes and cleaning of our commercial HVAC systems in two buildings on our non-profit campus. I appreciate Dean, our Technician, who is thorough, explains things, and gives us information to plan for future service and possible parts replacement with the age of our units. As a non-profit this helps us plan. Thanks Dean, you are the best!

Called Temp Control for an emergency water leak repair. They were here in less than an hour! Joseph Hardin and the office staff were super nice and professional. Joseph repaired the problem and checked everything over. Quick response! Reasonable charges for a non scheduled repair!

Great company, friendly and responsive first impression with the employee who answered the phone. Jonathan, the HVAC technician, was an excellent example of what we all want-professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained in detail everything he was doing, and brought our heater back to life. He explained all our options in easily understandable terms, concept and costs.
It was a joy to our family to have him here, and
we are happy to know we can have him in the future.
I believe that with employees like Jonathan, Temperature Control is a great benefit to our Tucson community and I wish them well.

Scheduled an online appointment through their website to receive a discount for 1/10 at 10: 00 AM. I received the email with my appointment confirmation as well as the details that a technician would call when they are on their way. Called the day of the appointment to verify only to be told it doesn't exist, yet I 100% have the email "confirmation" from them. Bummer.

Jeff has patients had to reschedule service last minute a few times due to tenants schedule and they made it work! Good old fashion service and when you call you get a live person on the phone not a recording.

Anytime someone comes into your home it can be a bit akward but our A/C tech Dean Pyle was extremely friendly right from the get go. Very informative and explained every step he was taking to my elderly mother. He ran all necessary tests on our air conditioner/heater & replaced a failing part that was contributing to our complaint. Overall very satisfied with our experience using Temperature Control for the very first time.

We had them install a new HVAC system. They came out quickly and offered a jam packed product offering with it (duct cleaning, surge protector, CO2 detector, thermostat, air scrubber, and a water heater). They were the higher priced estimate but when we factored in the extras it was competitive, plus they installed next day and had our preferred brand in stock.
We got a full walk thru when the installers were done and answered all our questions before leaving.

Took care of a minor problem. Batterieswere dead in thermostat. Talked me into a service plan but as soon as he left we decided we really couldn't do it right now because of major expenses with the house. Tried to cancell immediately but they already deposited my check. Trying to get a refund. We'll see how that goes. I think you legally have a period of time to cancell a contract. Hope this works out.

My blower motor went out and was stuck with NO heat for 3 days and I have daughters who were freezing! I called Temperature control and they had someone come out ASAP. Not only did the Tech Austin fix my Issue he was also able to find out my warranty for me! I had my heat back on within 2 hours! I Highly recommend this company if you have any issues. From the top to the bottom everyone I talked to was Professional and efficient! Not only were they professional they were also masked up and 100% about safety! I use Temp Control for AC install & plumbing service. Although prices can be high, the quality of work and service is professional and reliable. Manuel V.replaced a leaking faucet outside. He is knowledgeable and provided insight to future plumbing upgrades and took the time to show me how to turn off the main water valve. Danny V.and other HVAC team members, services my HVAC system that was installed by Temp Control, and I have had zero problems with anything mechanical and the once a year air-duct cleaning was done well. The biyearly service for the HVAC system has provided peace of mind, especially in the Tucson summers.

I contacted this company a few days ago to check out my house that we’re just moving into they responded quickly they set up an appointment to come out the very next day after we discussed service and I contracted an eight year service plan with them The technician Michael Maxwell was very professional very informative and very helpful you don’t find that often with businesses anymore

Michael Bell-Maxwell, a Service Technician withTemperature Control Inc, came out to our home on a Saturday to try to figure out why the furnace wouldn't operate. He was polite, professional, and efficient, and he correctly diagnosed the problem when the company that had installed the furnace did not. He saved us a great deal of time and trouble by understanding the problem accurately.a blocked roof vent.and correcting it on the spot. What a relief to get the job done, to have functioning heat, and to have the help of such a caring, experienced man. Thank you so much, Michael!
