Temperature Control, Inc. A/C & Heating - Oro Valley, AZ

I had a young man, Technician Ceasar Moreno, come out to change the filters on the Water Filter that we bought from them a year ago. He had the 3 P's: Polite, Presentable, and Professional. He knew his job well, and he even took care of a couple of things extra that I asked him to do. I would not change anything about how the job went and I WILL be doing buiness again with this company because of how they conduct themselves. Job well done!

The previous review that I gave was about the 'Plumbing' side of their business.
Today's 'review' is about the ‘Air-Conditioning' side of their business.

We employed them to have their Aero-Seal Ductwork Cleaning/Sealing done to our house by the team of Julian Vargas and Carlos Barcelo.
Prior to beginning, Julian was able to explain in great detail how this process was going to work.
After the 3 days of work, Carlos was able to show us on his computer the before/after change and he noted that could mean large cost savings of electricity and natural gas.
The amount of air leakage BEFORE the Aero-Seal treatment was over 60%. OUCH!
That equated to 116.3 CFM, or 9.7% of the System Capacity.
After the treatment, it was reduced to 21.1 CFM, or 1.8% of the System Capacity.
This resulted in an 82% reduction in duct Leakage.
No brainer. Git-er-dun, folks.
And once again, thank you to Julian and Carlos. Top notch experts in this Aero-Seal technology.

I had a duct sealing service with aeroseal, duct and coil cleaning. Julian, Carlo, and Carlos are the best. They explained everything clearly, were professional, and obviously know what they are doing. I appreciate their punctuality and courtesy, and that they respected my home.
They took great care to make sure my dog was safe during the service. Carlo helped to rehang a lamp that was taken down, even reinstalling a ceiling hook. The price of the service was significantly less than another company that gave an estimate for the same service. The results of the service are immediately noticeable. I believe that my power bill will show an improvement. I appreciate that these guys did a great job with no hassle, no drama.

I cannot praise Tyler Herlocker with Temperature Control enough. He was professional and personable. He took the time to explain each photo he took of our heater in the attic, and every little detail about our cooling system's issue. He was on time and worked steadily, by himself, until the job was done - to perfection. He even wiped the dust off the AC unit when he was finished! Our system is running quietly again and this makes us happy. We have been using Temp Control for over 3 years now, for HVAC and plumbing and we couldn't be happier. Thanks again!
