Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store, Gilbert AZ

We just ordered our mattress in store from Rick. It took us a few days to decide if we wanted to go with the Tempurpedic and Rick was so helpful and patient with us through our deciding process. He was very helpful and educated us well on the technology of each mattress and didn’t try to push us into purchasing. We would not have gotten the mattress if it weren’t for him and are very glad that he was able to help us with our purchase! The only issue we encountered was it has been a week and we have still not received an update on our delivery but that is not the individual store’s fault. Wish the delivery was a quicker but great service from this branch.
