Texas Roadhouse, Phoenix AZ

You must try this place at least once. This is a go to for a our family. Whether it be because somewhere else has too long of a wait or we are just craving this wonderful amazing delicious amazing place. Service is always amazing and and food is as well. Definitely recommend call ahead seating and amazing rice! Definitely family friendly any time of day.

The server was great, she was friendly and accommodating. Texas Roadhouse as a whole though, a rip off. The attached photo was $15. $15 for a handful of steamed veggies and 4 pieces of CATFISH, a bottom feeder! At one point, the music was so loud, we were screaming at each other from just across the booth. We'll never go to another Texas Roadhouse and I would recommend going to Longhorn Steakhouse if that is the type of meal you're in the mood for.

We were quick to be seated, drinks came out fast, order was taken. Numerous groups walked in after us. Drinks refilled a few times, 3 or 4 baskets of dinner rolls while waiting. The people who showed up after us are leaving. Over 40 minutes of waiting and we were told our order was never placed and that they had it put in to be rushed out to us. I spoke to a manager and we walked out with drinks on the house. I'm sure the food would've been good but having worked 10 hours and needing to be awake for another work day in less than 7 hours, I wasn't wanting to wait any longer. So much for a night out with the family to enjoy dinner. May not be back here for awhile.

Probably the best meal I have ever had. It was my first time here. All my friends begged me to go, but I thought this was a joke restaurant. The service was awesome, the food was the best I have had, and everything else was great. I would definitely recommend any person try this place. It's so good.

Service was good. Our server made an error, but let's us know about when they realized it and a manager took care of us beyond what we would have expected.

My family and I went here to celebrate my graduation. They were quite busy for a Monday night, but after waiting about 20 mins we were seated with hot and delicious rolls. Our server was nice and professional and made sure that we were happy with our meal. Steak were cooked to our perfection and our drinks were never empty. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Always loved this place but the last time we went the service was horribly lacking. We waited for our soft drinks for more then 20 minutes and we asked the waitress several times for butter but never got it. She was not very nice either.

Tried sweet potatoe instead of a regular as a side. Came out loaded. Felt like a Thanksgiving day treat.
Waitress never put in our order for pickles which was disappointing. The restaurant routinely has everyone line dancing. Serve your drinks and check on your tables PRIOR. We were left unattended and waiting after we were sat for several minutes before being served water or acknowledged. Great steaks.

Great food! Little wait time! AMAZING SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF! Can’t be beat! Love the entertainment for my kids! They always dance with the staff! Love the energy and vibe and food! For a chain it can’t be beat!

Came in at 6pm sitted at 7: 30 pm ordered at 8pm it is now 8: 30 and still have no food. Its not even a holiday used to love this place what a different. Wish it was 2017.

Never disappointed with a meal from Texas Roadhouse! We were greeted and seated right away. Server was great and checked on us often. Food came out hot and as we ordered.

I enjoyed the ribeye steak but it was a bit too salty for me. My husband had the sirloin and it was much better. I loved the baked potato and the fries are nice and crispy. Maybe next time I will ask for unsalted fries for myself. Great hosts!

Amazing service at the Bar she made sure I was taking care of the whole time and never had to ask for anything.

Staying at the double tree across the street, with my son. Sunday night at about 6pm we logged on to make a reservation. Found out it was only a 15 min wait. Great service! Great food. They did a line dance for us! Had a great time. Would definitely recommend and would come back!

We saw a ten best list for steak houses.iIn our area there were 4 on the list of which this was the highest rated (3). Although the food was very good, we felt there was something missing. The service was nothing special. We had an early supper, but at 5: 00 the place was only at 20% capacity. We seemed to have to wait and didn’t get attention until we signaled to the staff which seemed more interested in discussing their concerns than with attending to our order. After this supper we were surprised that this was so highly rated. The portions were plentiful and cooked to order. The quality of the beef was OK but not of a top three rating. The slow service and lack of follow up throughput the meal counted against them. I would have understood if it was busy, but only 5-6 tables were occupied and there was more wait staff than diners.
