We really had horrible time. Our food came and my son and daughter in law steak was under cook, we had to wait 10 min to get silverware to eat with and that made our food cold. My son and his wife had to send their steaks back, but they came back dry. My steak was over cook and dry. But the manager was very nice and fixed our bill.
Traditional steakhouse, only thing that sets it apart is the cinnamon butter and buns, they're awesome. Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the wait time can be really bad at times, other than that food is great.
Our last visit was way better this time around the food wasn't that great actually it was awful the staff was good and so was management hopefully next time the food will be up to par
Food is always on point. They get you full with that delicious bread and butter at the beginning lol. Great service!
The service was excellent! Our server was very attentive and my steak was a perfect medium rare, something that other places hardly ever get right. I will definitely come back again.
One of my favorite all time restraunts. Great steak and incredible house salad at a more than fair price. Service os always wonderful. Only comment to staff is please make sure everything needed is delivered before gping to dance. Whilenthe little dance show is fun and creats a lively atmospere, i go for the steak.
So today was Christmas Eve.where to begin. We came in on a call ahead early and were seated immediately which was great. But oh my God.so there was hardly anyone there and our food took forever to come out. My ribs were dry and they forgot sour cream on my potatoes. However I was willing to just wait patiently and ask for that on the side. It took me telling THREE servers to get the sour cream and sauce to even eat. Then when we left a lady asked us for money the minute we stepped out the door. I will drive the 10 miles to the metro location from now on, that place gets slammed with customers and I may wait to be seated but our customer service is always exceptional! Just moved to this area but my first impression was awful. I will be making a call after the holiday.
I'm really not sure how to rate this. My wife and I have been coming here at least once a week for over 8 years. Service has been good and food has always been above average. We always share a 16oz rib eye and our own side. Two of the last three times we have been here, they brought out a sirloin steak and instead of the rib eye. I didn't say a word the first time, we just ate the steak and left. But the next time it happened I was extremely upset and the server didn't seem to care. She offered to make another steak, I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for another steak (it was an extremely busy night). I asked for a box and the check. I understand mistakes are made, but this was beginning to be frequent. It seems it is a younger crowd employed there these days and quality is suffering. I am unsure whether to go again or try the steak house located down the street from there.
Service was awesome and the food also awesome. They were very busy and still seated quickly and food promptly. There call in seating made getting seated much quicker. Recommend it anyone.
Always impressed with quality and quantity of food. I’d recommend making sure to call ahead on the weekend because it’s typically busy!
First of all got the wrong meal it was suppose to be 2 dinner chicken fried chicken both turn out to be chicken fried sirloin and they where like leather over fried the dog couldn't even eat them was very disappointed everything else was good but what waste of money the main course. I had an excellent experience at Texas Roadhouse! Our server, Emma, was incredible! She provided quick service with a positive attitude! I will definitely be going back!
Texas Roadhouse didn't fail us for sure! We loved our server and will definitely be returning! Chicken critters are plentiful, steak came out perfect medium, and we were well taken care of. Our server was attentive, helpful, and made the experience a rememberable one.
Good service but wasn't what I was expecting I was expecting more flavor more juicy meat seems like was sitting on the grill for hours
Usually the food is very good my last trip was a little lacking on the flavor of the food that may just been my disposition for the night but the waitress work in the table I wish I knew her name I'd ask for her every time she's fantastic
We often visit when it's busy but this time there was poor management all around. Again, it was busy and I considered that when we walked up to the front door. The food was over cooked but we were not waiting another 40 minutes to get it back. The mess out front was out of control. The floors.the floors were disgusting. No excuse. Take a little time between customers to tidy up. I've served and bussed, it's worth the extra 30 seconds to be prepared for your paying customers. It's not about your tips, it's about our experience. Maybe management should focus more on the experience for the customer, instead of the push for gift cards. I don't enjoy giving bad reviews but again, IT IS ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE. Not your quotas. Take some pride in your establishment and your job. Which is why I am able to treat my family to your restaurant, I work hard for my earnings.
The best midpriced steaks anywhere. I've been eating at Texas Roadhouse for many years and can't remember getting a bad steak. The chicken fried steak is good too.
